Thank you so very much ! I hard a very hard time doing this workout as I have no abs ! I was able to finish for the most part .I’m 60 so getting in shape is difficult. I have a problem with my right shoulder blade being locked up after Breast cancer surgery .When I lift up I feel a knot in my mid back and along the ribs .Could you do a video on this muscle group ? I think it’s the serratus from what I’ve been researching ,Finally an ab workout I can do ! Feels good ! Very grateful for you ❤️

You are welcome! Did you ever have any massage after surgery? I have definitely found it to be helpful for my oncology patients! Often, there is a great deal of scar tissue.

The only time my back hurts, is when im inactive and sitting. I lift weights ( deadlifts, sqauts etc), at 51 yrs of age. Walking and standing and stretching keeps me good.

Not too bad, my hamstrings are vert tight, so I can't straighten my legs, the very last one I couldn't even do..yet. I do feel ' the burn' though... thanks!

Killer routine, for me! Didn't have the strength to do the reverse crunches 😢 I'll keep trying. Hopefully this will help minimize my flour sack abs😂
