I've been diagnosed with chondromalacia patella and am looking forward to trying these exercises to alleviate my knee pain. Thank you for providing these free demonstrations.

Starting to realize that the hips and knees depend upon each other for strength and support. For example, if my left knee hurts, so does my left hip. Thanks for these exercises...felt good!

Thank you so much Dr. Kristie for this video. I am so happy that there are no squats or lunges. Over the years my knees have developed really bad arthritis, so squats and lunges are a no no for me. I also have really bad bursitis on both thighs. Can you create a video with exercises for that.

Thanks i will add these to my glute and lower back workout. I injured my lower spine and had perifurmis muscle atrophy while taking opioids, the other muscles tighten up and was just doing clam shells went to physical therapist got rid most pain now need to strengthen glute area. Thanks!

Great video! I had a torn ACL which has healed. Now! A torn meniscus ☹ but I still exercise but I keep that leg straight, so I don't have pain.

I cannot thank you enough for your thoughtful and careful video instructions. I’m one of the unfortunate ones with hypermobility (Ehlers-Danlos spectrum). This makes it extremely difficult for me to stretch my muscles because my ligaments just stretch , leaving my muscles tight. I also have moderate-severe scoliosis (no surprise, I’m sure.) Any help you can provide for tight pectorals and neck/upper back would be most helpful. I swim and play Pickleball, as well as walk and do yoga (very carefully). I wish you were in Albuquerque, so I could see you in person. I haven’t found anyone as helpful as you locally. With gratitude.

Best physio channel on KZread by far! What added benefit does having your feet open for the frog bridge exercise add? I've been doing it for awhile, but usually keep my feet parallel (not flared out).

so glad I found you today! I am 51, have some knee pain and love to bike! I also found doing my kettlebell swing has helped my pelvic floor. I am wondering if you have a body recomposition video. Looking at your awesome arms! I have a goal to start body recomp after losing 40 pounds : )

Hi Kriti. Thank you for the videos. Can you do exercises for IT BANDS. Also with arthritis in my knee I can’t do squats/lunges . My right knee slips from weak ITB. Can you also slow down a bit between exercises. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Really Appreciate your videos

Is your tool for lymph drainage? If so is there a video about it from you?
I’m in the UK and suffering with both knees, I’ve discovered all the exercises the nhs are telling me to do are just making me worse 😢 so I’ve researched and learned that weak glutes could be making my knees more painful so Thanku for this video, how many times a week should I do these? Every day?
