This massage is awesome!!!! I´ve no problem with getting asleep, but with this massage I wake up much better, I´ve noticed a great difference.

Thank you so much for posting this video. I was following the routine. When my head was on the ground and you said to let go of your anxieties and worries into the ground, I burst into tears sobbing. I needed the release. I have been going through so much that I haven’t been able to sleep for about two months now. I will be doing this every night and hope I’ll start to sleep better. Thank you, brother insight, for this wonderful video. I also love the sounds and seeing the rocks and the great view in the background. I've had fatigue for 5 days, so I thought I'd start off sitting down. Halfway through, I felt my energy coming back and by the end, I was standing up doing some other qigong exercises. I did it in the morning which worked very well.
