This routine is one of my favorites.... it was a nice closer after a strenuous upper body strength training... enjoyed it!!!

Very much needed to help improve my Ballroom skills. It possible to see some routines for all ballroom at some point? I struggle with Foxtrot and Quickstep timings and technique. Thanks :-)

I found all the "quick, quick, slow" stuff hard to follow BUT my arms did get a good workout! Also, I'm sweating.

I wish you guys not face to the camera that way we can follow, We always get confused when your face to the camera
