She is very good. But I wish we could see her entire body, including her feet. Plus the knee action should have been brought up earlier, with the pendulum and rotation movements. And actually demonstrating a few steps. Glad she finally went with her back to the camera. Her hip motion seems to be overdone . Too bad I didn't start all this when I was 7. Now I am 97. Dang.

Thank you so much. I've been looking for this for a while and everyone else rushes through the movement with the hip just "magically" doing what it's supposed to. This is the best explanation I've come across. Great teacher and an amazing way of breaking it down!

Best teacher I have come across. Shame about the camera positioning, would be great to see what the feet were doing rather than seeing all that ceiling.

Such an awesome video. And your teaching method is effective. But seeing your entire body would be better so we can actually see body transfer. Also looking from the instructor from behind is better as well because you can mirror yourself better so that you don’t get confused with left and right. Excellent teaching

Thank you for your kind and detailed explanation. Would you make a five minute practice video with music? It can be include pendulum, rotating, and figure 8, the actions you explained this video. One set will be about 2 minutes and you can repeat for 3 times. When we learn how to do it, we should practice. Not only this one, other basics after you explained it, It will really helpful if you make a practice video.
