► ABOUT THE WORKOUT ◄
• What is this workout for? ➝ This workout is perfect if you want to work on your balance and stability. Balance training is one form of proprioceptive exercises and especially athletes do them a lot!
• Why should I train these muscles? ➝ Blanace exercises help you to avoid ankle injuries and reduce the risk of ligament problems. It can also help you increase your mobility. For a lot of people, the most important part might be the performance boost that comes due to proprioceptive exercises. This kind of training should be part of every athletes training schedule (I would recommend doing it on recovery days).
