I hope you can answer me m8: Im 31 now and back in my young days there was no youtube and all this luxury with generous people like you sharing tutorials! I have always wanted to do tricks and flips, I did some breakdance when I was 15 (I can do handstand and flares/windmills now), but I have always missed that ability to do all these cool stuff you share in your channel. My only method was catch the move somewhere on tv, record it then keep trying to do it until I meet the wall or heart myself! I have been swimming the last 3 years and a month ago my swimming pool closed for renovation so I turn to the gym! It was first time in the gym and after one week I decided to see if i can do a handstand and YES i could. Then I tried to flare and YES I manage 2 clean ones. Yes I was young and stupid not thinking that building muscle helps with doing cool stuff with the human body .Now I want you to be honest with me :) Is my age too much to start learning flips and tricks? gymnast starts at a very young age. You think its ok to start at 31? (Im 85kg 1,88m) I have no interest in going to the gym to get bigger, I like strengh training more and learning tricking and flipping as a motivation sounds like a pretty good deal to me! Appreciate all ur videos m8 keep up the good work

This reminds me of martial arts. I say that because it is one of the things I am at using and learning. I get how to excerise now. I just want to be the best I can. For me sports, martial arts, studying and learning things, not that far apart. Reason is because I believe that for certain sports, it helps people defend and have fun.
