Sir I have slight osteo arthritis. Am 47 years old. My right knee is little stiff and taking medication. Can I do these exercises. Dr suggested VMO, hamstring and knee strengthening exercises
Started this on 9/7/2024 doing 3 set and some days 2 set depending on my energy level , im a coffee person so taking 1 cup with brown sugar and trying to avoid junk, afternoon millet rice and 14 hrs intermittent fasting, will post the result after 14 days!! ( im trying to loose my postpartum weight which i feel realy hard also i lost from 73 to 66.5) with walking.

I am gonna take these challenge along with 99 days challenge. So my current weight is 76.55 kgs, belly is 41 inches. I will update after 1 month... I am also walking 30 minutes a day. And doing some basic diet like cutting sweets and oily food. I have tried a lots of deit but homemade food are lot fat so i am not following any extra just adding chia seeds...
