गोंद Katara हमारे यहां बचपन से ही प्रयोग होता आया है। हमारी मम्मी बचपन से ही हर गर्मियों में हमें ये सुबह खाली पेट मिश्री के साथ खाने के लिए देतीं है। इसे रात को मिट्टी के बर्तन में भिगोया जाता है फिर सुबह मिश्री के साथ सेवन किया जाता है। यह बहुत ही प्यारा और आयुर्वेदिक, प्राचीन औषधि है। और हमारे घर में सभी की गर्मियों का मनपसंद देसी नाश्ता है। आप का बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद मैडम इतनी अच्छी रेसिपी सिखाने के लिए।
