This is an intermediate version of my 10 Min Yoga Full Body Stretch Routine. The exercises in this routine when practiced regularly will help to improve your flexibility and strength for better full body mobility.

Tim this approach really works for me, keeps me right in the zone where I can feel the stretches deepening as the poses gently alternate back and forth. Though it is gentle and very short it really gets me going early in the morning. I have this cued up to return to it on a regular basis.

I wasn't really feeling it this morning, but I really want to get back into a regular yoga routine, so I decided to make myself do it anyways. As always, I'm so glad I did. I feel so much better - physically and mentally - afterwards.

Cool. If you like the short ones there's more on the channel. In your Google search bar type in kzread.infovideos On the opening page - at the top of the page in the middle - click on PLAYISTS. To the far right you will see a right-pointing arrow. Click on this arrow. Then you will see a magnifying glass icon. Click on this icon. Type in 15 minute Then you’ll see all the 10, 15, and 20 minute videos 😉
This was fantastic. Just what I needed this morning, and something I can easily add in throughout the week on its own, or before or after other workouts. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this stretch routine. It helped me identify an area of my body that is extremely tight and will need to be stretched more. I love this short classes.

Great workout 💯 I did some heavy trail run on the weekend (25k 2000m elevation) and felt really sore this morning, your practice helped me get fluids and energy moving through my body. I would really love to see this practice extended to 25 min +/-. The pace is great, poses transit nicely and time for each position is good. Much appreciated Tim! Your fellow follower Jakub! 🙏

There was a few stretching in here I've never seen before. I definitely think I needed the beginners version first 😅 but I felt so many little crack during this!!! I feel amazing 👏

As others have remarked, after a poor night's sleep this was great. This intermediate level was fine. The only area of difficulty was the squat, I can't go deep with out going up on my toes. Would love to have my heel on the floor as well.

Thank for this, my first time, I will continue to do so. Any tips for flat belly? Am 60kg, I used to be 55kg, I have put no weight and all goes in my tummy! Am not big eater, can I put to old age? Advice please. Thanks

We all tend to store weight in certain places, looking at what you eat and making sure you’re getting enough exercise is key. Do not try to target your abs for exercise just because that’s where you see you’re storing weight.
