Loved having short yin practise that focused on both the legs, hips AND the back. Feels like a proper relaxed stretch of most of my body. Just starting back at work after covid this week, so this was perfect way to fit in a gentle stretch for my bed body

I ended in savasana with low back pain and it took quite a few minutes to get relief. I love Yin Yoga and I think 12mins are too short for me to cone out off tension. But - thank you for your lessons
