Hy! Welcome! This workout will help you strenghten and tighten your arms and back and build muscle! 💪💪😁
It' s only 10 minutes, but very effective! It consits of 16 exercises, 30 sec each, 10 sec rest inbetween. You' ll need 2 dumbbells for first 9 exercises, and yoga matt for other 7. 😁
You can do this workout alone, multiple times or combine it with some other workouts on my channel! Don' t forget to stretch before and after working out! Let' s goo! You can do thiiis! Hope you' ll enjoy! 😄😄💪💪💪
