yes omg! i was on my computer working all the time my muscles began to atrophy, and even standing for 1 hr left me in excruciating, sleepless pain at night. keep moving! a stationary lifestyle will increase your risk of diabetes and cancer. good luck to everyone, even though it hurts haha

Trying this workout for 81 days! (comment/like to remind me)🎉 Day 1:✅ Did it once. Day 2:✅ Did it twice. Day 3:✅ Did it twice. Day 4:✅ Did this twice + another ab workout. Drank 3L of water as well. Day 5:✅ Did it ONCE and drank 2L+ of water today. I’m a BIT less bloated. Day 7: in an hr Day 8: soon AH TYSM FOR LIKING

Hi Emi! Thank you for these standing abs videos. They really help me stay committed! I miss hearing your voice though, in between workouts, telling me to "keep pushing", "no pain no gain"😅. It felt weird not hearing you telling me to suck my belly in during this workout. In essence, you should keep talking in your videos, I love that.💓
This is a great video for beginners! I have been doing the 10min lower ab video every day. (3 weeks so far) It is INTENSE and I love the challenge! You also get results FAST! You WILL see results if you are consistent with Emi’s videos. Don’t give up! 🙌❤️

@@in.themeantime. ive always done small weights at home with squats and crunches on a balancing ball. Never saw a change in the mirror until trying Emi’s lower ab video.

thank you for these! i don’t have a mat or anything, and i always found most ab exercises very uncomfortable (because i was having a hard time using just my abs, i would use things like my neck sometimes and i do NOT want a muscular neck haha) this is great! no uncomfortable joint pain from the hard ground either :) i’ve always wanted alternatives

@@Sona_317 I did her lower abs bed workout 1 tym In a day along with diet but not a strict diet just cut unhealthy & Suger things. That's it and I got my results and I'm still doing but the thing is you'd believe on yourself and emi♥️

I am trying for so long actually but my institute takes exams after every 2 or 1 month and it's just left me so out schedule that it takes time for me to bounce back on healthy routine till i get settled another exam gets lined up. You are awesome that you have been consistent in your journey. 😊👍

Great beginner friendly workout. As someone thats 275 pounds I was almost fully able to keep up with her. Definitely feel a burn in your arms and legs too! Burned 95 cal
