This workout was killer. The first round smashed me but by the fourth round I smashed it 😍
WOWWWWWW.....All I can say is Wowwww....This workout paired with#63 & 62 was VERY CRAZY....I must be a glutton for punishment.....and to top it off....the Ab Finisher....it "dun me up" as the Bajans would say..... Thanks sooo much for your dedication and hardwork.....I truly enjoyed the workouts.... I'm lying flat now....but I'll live Have an AWESOMETASTIC day🥰😍

Uhhh!!! This is SO much easier than it looks. Y’all got me on squat jumps. I had to modify them on Rounds 3 & 4😞. My psoas are still soar from that workout I did Saturday with abs that included bear hold stuff and cycle crunches. I’m not really sweating at all and I’m not tired like passing out tired so I will re-do this one later on this week and go full force💪🏾The good news is I have enough energy to lift now....I think. Anyway, nice combo. Loved it. Thanks 💛
