    Hey! Quick question, I know cardio generally should be 30 minutes a day. Your cardio videos are roughly 10 minutes, so should we do them 3 times to achieve the 30 minutes?

    Because this is HIIT training I would say it beats doing 30 min of the recommended steady state cardio.
