i been doing 1200 steps on it a day. But i tend to do 100 every 20 mins. But since i watched this, and breating techniqes ! i added another 500 on my 1200 ! i forget breathing and warming up is important.

I have the twist version of the stepper, is it better/worse for these workouts?

You may be able to target the glutes, and inner and outer thighs differently with a twist stepper due to the side to side motion - however, you'll find both machines are great for a good workout. Do you think you can do a low impact for asthmatics? I tried doing this work out but 4 minutes in and my breathing was so bad. I loved the workout though and im sweating like crazy. ❤❤❤

Yes, the stepper is a great cardiovascular machine that can help you reduce fat and shed unwanted weight including in the stomach area.
My daughter got this. Can you loosen it up so the resistance isn’t so tight?

I have knee problems (arthrose) is it right to use this machine or no please i have to work on the muscles of the legs to reinforce them can you tell me if this machine is recommended in my case please 🥰

Just got my twist stepper, is it normal for my legs to be on fire in just the first two minutes? Feels like a lactic acid party going on in my thighs - should I do a warmup to walk 😳

Yes absolutely! This machine is designed to tone and tighten the legs including the glutes, hamstrings, quads, inner and outer thighs, and calves.
This is going to sound crazy but I just bought this stepper but the steps won’t move up and down. What am I doing wrong?
