this is the best ab workout ever, no joke. i did this workout for the first time exactly 2 weeks ago and i haven’t done it since. i immediately saw the ab definition and i still see it today without doing any other ab exercises. maybe this is because i am quite athletic but if you’re looking for an ab exercise do this one.

Not sure if you will see this since it's an older video. I have been doing your workouts 3 months. I only do your ab workouts now for my core excercise. I rotate through the videos. They are effective , safe if you copy the moves correctly. I have a full spinal fusion from scoliosis but i am fully recovered. It's hard to find effective safe workouts on youtube. Always consult with your doctor. For me these are an effective safe bet. I do your core workouts 3 - 5 times a week sometimes more
