Working out. Exercise will change your life. Period.
Your aesthetic. Paying attention to your aesthetic is not superficial. It's nonverbal communication and making yourself feel better.
No fap. Many people benefit from this, and if it's helping you, continue to do it. However, a lot of amazing benefits accompany touching Big Al daily. Releasing the hounds will make you more zen-like, and you won't worry about random spicy señoritas.
Fad diets. There are a lot of diets out there arranging, from vegan to keto to paleo. People identify with their diet, but the truth is that a well-balanced, healthy diet low in processed crap & saturated fats while high in lean protein & vegetables is the best. It's about balance. When you go extreme, it's not good. Give yourself a variety of food. Also, give your body the micronutrients needed with a high quality of vitamin. I love Ritual Essential for Men. Head to Ritual.com to get 20% off your first month of any Ritual products. Definitely check out their Synbiotic+ and Essential for Men 18+ and 50+.
Visualization thinking and vision boards. Visualization thinking is thinking about an outcome you want, whereas a vision board is cute and fun. Unfortunately, a vision board will not do any good, having zero effect on helping you get there. But visualizing is an effective tool that allows you to focus and plan.
Hustle culture. It's a mindset and the idea that you must keep grinding and working harder while never taking time off to succeed. The truth is you need to work smarter and take time for yourself to decompress and chill. You need to give your mind a rest because if you don't, you'll get burned out.
"Never give up." Never giving up and constantly working with the thought of eventually figuring it out is not always practical or beneficial. You may need to give up to find something that will be beneficial. You must be honest with yourself; if something isn't working or moving in the right direction after three years, you must take it behind the barn and shoot. Don't waste any more time because time is your most valuable resource.
Morning routine. I am a huge fan of developing a morning routine by getting up early and ensuring you have time for yourself, whether exercising, planning, thinking creatively, or meditating.
Better sleep. Go to bed at a reasonable time. Maximize your sleep time and quality because it's definitely worth it. If you get trash sleep, you won't feel as good or look as good. You'll gain weight, and your mind and body will have other adverse side effects.
Reading. Reading can be good, but it can also be overkill, where you can waste a lot of time. The truth is a failure will happen regardless of the number of books read. Failure is part of the equation, so if you're reading to try to prepare and plan, stop and jump. You need to experience and do the work. When you fail, that's where true learning comes in. I'm not saying to do something stupid without knowledge or experience, but there comes a point where you need to shut the book and jump.
Drugs and drinking. Don't use alcohol as a way to cope and deal with issues. Quit drinking for 30 days to see how much better your life gets. You will look and feel better, and your relationships will improve. Do not beat yourself up, and do the self-destructive things you do when drunk. If you're interested in changing the trajectory of your life, stop drinking booze.

I decided not to watch porn for a while now. It's been a few weeks, and I have had about 3 falls . After realizing that it wasn't going to be easy, I decided to pick myself up and carry on cold turkey It's made me realize how addictive poon can be and how it affects your POV of relationships (which has happened) and women (also has happened). Because I've come to realize that although p stars have great bodies, they're actually not pretty (to me at least) I feel better, and my consciousness feels more clear and relaxed, and I am keen to work on my imagination and exercise my focus

Work on yourself- get a qualification (a trade, an apprenticeship, a degree, a business) and try new things including working abroad (especially in your younger years). Accept that self improvement/development etc is a journey and not a destination. You are in control, the only person keeping YOU back is YOU. I feel that having basic qualifications/papers etc are an excellent foundation and are also something you can fall back on should other ventures not prove successful. Have a good day reader :)

My number 1 is practicing martial arts, improves your self confidence, and gives the benefits of working out, if you spend the time in the gym, with time in the dojang. Also gives you the ability to defend yourself, and just that knowing makes all the difference. Number 2 work on stacking that money, work hard at your job, start your company. Just do it. Number 3 make time for fun, and for yourself, get that massage, go to a movie, hang out with your best buds, have people over, go to that hole in the wall restaurant. It's your life, and you only live once.

  • @Aquila.

Here's my List: 1) Working Out/Going to the Gym. 2) Eating healthy (Much more important than going to the Gym). 3) Reading Books. 4) Socialising/Going out with Friends, meeting new People. 5) Stop playing Videogames (You don't have to completely stop it, playing some occasionally for fun is also good, I personally play a bit on the Weekends, but not under the week (Or barely). 6) Productive Hobbies (Playing Guitar, learning Languages for me). 7) Focusing on School/Work. 8) Having a proper Mindset (E.g. not caring what other people think about you, having high Standards, Having the Mindset of a high-Quality Man in general). 9) No-Fap (It is actually very helpful, can only recommend it, atlhough you don't even have to stop it completely, once a week is fine, BUT without any Porn or stuff like that, purely with your mind). 10) Absolutely no porn or Hentai!. That shit is literally ruining your Brain. 11) Also taking time off and taking Breaks. Working on yourself is very important, but not leaving room for Breaks is damaging as well. 12) Having a friend circle which support you for whatever you do, _but_ also critizice you and being honest with you if you do something stupid or risky. 13) Meditation is definitely also on the List but I haven't given it a try yet. These Points are in no particular order and are just the Points which I deeply believe are good for me. Have a nice day.

my personal self improvement tips i would like to share: 1. hold yourself accountable at all times, if you do something wrong (not someone else tells you is wrong, something you feel is wrong) hold up to it, its your past stupidity that you are learning from 2. mind your words, mind your thoughts, and mind your actions, dont give anyone an opportunity to tell you something you did, or said was stupid. make sure everything you say, and think, you mean (that way no one can put words in your mouth, and you will not have those situations in which you said something and didnt mean it, EVERYTHING YOU SAY, YOU NEED TO BELIEVE IN) 3. read, read a lot, not to the point of being consumed in imaginary worlds and leaving behind your own, but read to the point of understanding the meaning of every word, every sentence. also read high quality things, dont read some stupid books made up by influencers talking about themselves, read things that can expand your knowledge of the world, past, present, and future (books by old, distinguished writers, newspapers from many parts of the world) 4. work out, make your body and mind stronger, walk with confidence anywhere you go, dont let ANYONE push you around all these tips are not just ,,self impovement get rich quick'' tips, these are what i believe to be the tips to attaining power, power consists of 3 things, knowledge, strength, and influence. if you read, and mind your words, you will be respected a lot more, and your influence and knowledge will grow, go to the gym, and hold yourself accountable, become strong in body, and mind

Something that’s made my life a lot richer and nicer is, when ever I have a negative thought or feeling about someone I try to find at least on positive thing about them and just focus on that for five to ten seconds at least. Even the most destructive and dangerous people in the world are still just humans at the end of the day and if you can cultivate a love for that the world becomes less of a harsh place around you.

How many times have you see someone on the machine you're waiting for texting on their cell-phone? Girls will LOVE it! I only work out 3 days a week, not 7. On my days off i often sleep in until about 10:30am. I don’t do a lot after a day at work apart from going to the gym. I often spend evenings after work at the movie theatre with friends. I often go out partying on Saturday nights. But the thing is it works for me! I’m still growing as a person. I’m still doing well.

Working out/martial arts of some kind. Getting active in this way requires you to get your mind in a spot to tell yourself that you are the man and for that small amount of time the world revolves around you. Having this mindset especially in small doses like in a gym session or at a martial arts class helped me build that confidence into a permanent thing, and makes me feel amazing every time I do these activities. Personally I do both martial arts and go to the gym but if you can just do one it made a world of difference in my life.

1First of all our natural personality and character is base our self that make naturally different form other, 2style groming is temporary is temporary becuse we can fix it, 3 mindset and thaught we can work on it and fix it by understanding , relationship is important but understand the other person and ourself, 5 Our work and knowledge both are equal but in different way without knowledge we can't work and without work we can't have a knowledge , that is one point, social knowledge for enyone or everyone

Aaron, a person should read for pleasure whether it is fiction or self-improvement. Also in the area of never give up, I always wanted to be a military pilot but with the end of Viet Nam the Air Force and Navy weren't looking for people so I worked for several years until I found out the Army was looking for people so at the age of 29 I became an Army Officer and a pilot at the age of almost 32.

I agree if you read for self improvement but never take action it’s a waste of time. However, Theodore Roosevelt who was an avid reader also lived according to his “Man in the Arena” speech. He coupled knowledge with a voracious drive forward.

Don't think, just working out is not enough too be healthy because, I found out the hard way that it's not! And don't rely on the healthcare system alone because they are not always 100% reliable and not very fast. For example, last year, I could barely leave my house due to bad anxiety, allergies, and post nasal drip. I took courses on bereavement, psychology, and nutrition so, I could get back to some kind of normal. I still have some health issues but this year compared to last year so, far it is a big difference!

Semen retention definitely has a great effect. Just try it and see if it’s for you. If after 1 month you don’t feel an improvement then forget about it but I feel that most people that are replacing fapping with something productive will see a big difference.

I've tried it and it's bs. If it mentally works for you keep at it. I don't want to knock something that improves (at least placebo) some people's minds. But biology and science says the opposite. It's actually bad for you retain too long. It can effect hormones and cortisol. The body is not meant to hold back on that.

Do it no matter what. Porn addiction is so widespread and has/is ruining the lives of millions of men and even women too. This industry must be annihilated once and for all especially since millions of young women and girls are on OF making porn of themselves and millions more are being groomed into becoming sexually permiscuous. This industry is pure evil and it must die.

Workout for sure. Specifically, 100 push ups. 100 sit ups. 100 squats. Followed by the equivalent of running for 45 minutes. Every single day. No ifs or buts. Yes, it's the one punch man routine, with the running tweaked to make it feasible for a 9-5 lifestyle.

The best selt improvement tip i gave give is to START. Start slow and simple. Start by writing down the areas of your life that you'd like to improve upon. Health, body, lifestyle, relationships, etc. Get a cheap notebook and have a page for each area you'd like to improve. Then, on each page, explain what you want to change about it specifically and why. Do this with all the areas you want to change. So let's say you have 4 pages that I listed above, health, body, relationships, and lifestyle. After those pages are full of the information I recommended writing in them, now comes the next step. Make 4 new pages. Label the top for each category again. Except this time, this is where you start to plan. I can go on for hours but this is an excellent place to start.

    1. Sleep (energizes you) 2. Workout (This strengthens your body) 3. Meditation (This strengthens your mind) 4. Appearance (If you look good, you'll feel good, and it shows people your personality) 5. Diets (creates discipline and allows you to lead a healthier lifestyle) 6. Goals (helps you figure out who you are and helps figure out where you want to go in life) This is what self-improvement is all about to change things in your life and to strengthen your will that you may stand up to the monsters and evil in the world. Good luck out there guys.

In today’s society everyone is afraid to talk about this, but Church has helped me tremendously. Meeting guys who praise the Lord but you can also grab a beer with. Meeting older people full of wisdom and love; some successful and some struggling but everyone is there for one common goal… to praise our lord and savior Jesus Christ 🙌

This is why I don’t listen to much of the advice that alpha m gives. Touching “big Al” on a regular basis is exactly how I became addicted to pornography for almost 6 years. A few months ago I finally admitted I had an addiction. I’m getting better and have been fighting it. I’m slowly winning the battle. He’s basically condoning porn addiction. From my own experiences, don’t ever masturbate. Masturbating is a normal bodily function until it isn’t. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was addicted after the first time I watched porn. It’s very similar to a drug addiction. Alpha is a car salesman that I honestly laugh at, especially at fitness advice.
