I'm a massage therapist, and early in my practice I was developing golfers elbow (we use elbows a lot during massages) So years ago I found this amazing video, and the solution was immediate. But you have to be consistent and always do this excercises. EVERY SINGLE DAY. When I let time go without doing them, the pain starts again. Thanks very much guys, you saved my arms.

Very, very helpful vid, Bob and Brad. I’d been suffering with golfer’s elbow for many months with zero change until I learned the cross massage from you. After about a week or so of massaging the area crosswise, I began to find some relief. I’m still at it about a month later and seeing gradual improvement. Many, many thanks!

You guys have been so helpful to me over the years. In 2018 I had breast cancer and following that I had to do lymphatic massages and just exercises for range of motion. I watched you religiously and made a lot of progress. Today I have tendinitis in my elbow and once again .... you have been helpful. Especially because I am allergic to pain meds so all these exercises and treatments are really helping. Thank you so much.

Oh wow! I originally thought I had tennis elbow and had been doing some of your exercises, and icing and heating. I had some relief, but I didn't have the pain in the same places you described. I thought it was Pseudo-Tennis Elbow. The pain was mostly on the inside though, the medial. So I'm relatively confident now that it is GOLFERS Elbow. And wow, what a difference! Now after watching this video and doing the forearm massage as you instructed I immediately have relief. I felt the numbness and pain relief just as described. More range of motion and little to no pain, just stiffness. Thank you so much for your thorough videos!!!! I'm so happy!

not particularly writing this for a reply or likes but, i would be remiss if i didn't leave a comment to thank you guys, i had golfer's elbow, tennis elbow AND cubital tunnel syndrome in my right arm for *literal* years, and its only recently that i decided i didn't want to live with the pain anymore and by some astronomical coincidence i found you guys, the most famous physical therapists on the internet XD, its been a few months since i binged most of your videos, safely & carefully did all the stretches and exercises. I'm glad to say it honestly almost feels better than my left! XD, your inspirational quotes at the beginning of your videos, the hilarious banter between you two and the reminder that we should all try our best to be pain free is also really great . Cheers

I've been doing flooring for 20yrs, and had golfers elbow in the right arm 5 yrs ago. Got that one fixed with a prp injection. Worked great. Now, I just went through a pinched nerve and had to depend on my left arm and now my left elbow has golfers elbow. With the pandemic going right now, cant get any physio or anything thus your videos have saved me a lot for this and the pinched nerve. The cross friction massage feels great, and I've been stretching it wrong for a bit now so after watching this video, have corrected that and it feels much better to stretch it now. Thx for everything you guys do. Much appreciated. Hopefully I can resolve this so.

Love your videos! I am in too much pain almost everywhere in my body, to try most of your exercises, and getting on the floor is out of the question, because I'd have trouble getting back up, lol. But when I saw the cross friction massage, I gave it a try. I didn't know what my elbow pain was called, but I now think it's "golfer's elbow.". I don't golf, but bumped my left elbow on the inside of my car door a couple of times last January, and because of Newton's law, I have bumped it a couple of times more inside my freezer, putting away groceries. Anyway, due to back problems, and several autoimmune diseases, and who knows what, I actually hurt terribly almost everywhere, but I thought massaging my painful elbow would be safe enough, and at least maybe I could help something feel better, so I gave it a try. My elbow was x-rayed a few months ago, and they didn't see anything. But, when I massaged my elbow for a couple of minutes, I got a new, sharp pain that goes from approximately the outside bottom of my left scapula, straight down to the middle of the left side of my back, ending in the ribs somewhere. Sorry I don't know the proper names for these things. I have learned from your show, if it makes it feel worse, Stop! So, I did. It's a few hours later, and the new pain is still there. Not your fault, of course. I'm just wondering how just a little crosswise massaging caused this, if you know of something to help it (I figure time might), and does this indicate something about what's causing my elbow pain, or pain in general, which my doctors seem clueless (or care less) about. I can't take any pain relievers, and am 69, and have been in serious, constant pain for the last couple of years, so any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks a lot. I love your videos and learn a lot from them. Your explanations are great. And your "In our opinion," always makes me laugh. Thank for a great show!

You also get it by doing heavy weighted sets of eight, three times a week pull-ups if you unintentionally perform wrist flexion lol

Oh yeah. Been doing 5x7 pullups 3 times a week for 6 months (I weigh ~225lbs) and first I suffered lateral in my left elbow, took 6 months to heal, then 3 weeks ago I suffered medial in my right elbow only to realize now after a year that I am performing wrist flexion because I have weak grip and that helped me hang on from the bar while doing pullups. Anyway fuark my life, back to healing.

You also get it by first doing muscle ups, then weighted pull ups. No more pull ups for me for a while

THESE TWO GUYS ARE GREAT, AND I DON'T USE THAT WORD MUCH. I HAVE RESOLVED SEVERAL ATHLETIC INJURIES USING THEIR IDEAS, AFTER BEING FRUSTRATED TRYING OTHER THINGS. I THANK THEM FOR THEIR GENEROUS SPIRIT IN SHARING FOR FREE FOR WHAT OTHERS CHARGE RIDICULOUS FEES. THEY SAVE THE INDIVIDUAL IN MONEY AND TAXES (IE DOCTORS AND MEDICAIRE), TIME (SPENT GOING TO DOCTORS, XRAYS ETC), CRAZY DEVICES, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY EFFECTIVENESS AND TIME IN HEALING. PLEASE KEEP IT GOING, AS I KNOW I'LL HAVE MANY MORE INJURIES AS I AGE!!

Doing pull-ups started my issues. Years ago, a physical therapist massaged it out with her fingers. It was excruciating, but it helped
