Meri wife ko airthritis hai. 4 month subha khali pet fruits li apple, banana ,anar watermelon etc.lipid frofile test karai to triglycerides 280 aie samjh me nahi aa raha kia fruits lane se hua kia.hamlog vegan hai .

What about Quinoa? You never mention Quinoa in your videos. Quinoa is also a very good option for rice or wheat. I hope you are aware of Quinoa. Quinoa farming is nowadays done in Andhra Pradesh and Uttarakhand. This was the main food of some countries in South America.

Sir,your valuable guidelines will save life
One needs to be careful with juices. I know quite a few who got diabetes after consuming two glasses of juice everyday for more than 2 years. I would completely avoid juices. Eat only whole and natural fruits to get the best benefits. In fact fruit juices are killer foods since they completely lack fibre but have a very high glucose/sugar content. Juices must be treated as unhealthy food.
