It is really very good workout for reducing belly fat was too worried about getting back in shape with no time for exercise while i was managing new baby and work but this workouts r short n effective felt the intensity while performing them. Thank u for wonderful videos for new moms.

Sir maine pcod or mummy tummy wala yoga daily 1 month adhaghanta kiya or time milne par evening ko bhi kiya. Junk food or fastfood me letihi nahi hoo me indono ko life me hamesa avoid kiya hai phir bhi mera weight badtahi jaaraha hai me kya karu please aap muje guid kijiye weight ko gain hote huve dekh paresan ho jaati hoo

Try to follow his full instruction. I mean accompany the workout with restricted diet. I did few of these exercises & diet control, and got positive result.
