as a turkish perosn i can tell there is no such think is greek yogurt they just copy paste turkish yogrt is the only yogurt

Any nuts in moderation will do. Be sure to confirm their caloric content
Low the effort but build some muscle as it seam fake some one with no muscle and have good metabolism given health advice
