My old boxing coach used to say something like "train out your weaknesses not your strengths" or "train the stuff most that you're not already good at. " Always stuck with me and proved good advice. (Long as you know they're legit techniques and all) So if your right Rh feels good but your left feels weak and unnatural, focus on that. Go back to ground zero and learn it again slowly focusing on technique and all the little details. Record yourself and watch it for mistakes. (Mistakes, not for admiring yourself and your big muscles and stuff. Well least not obsessively.:) Take time to focus on just that technique regularly, whole sessions even. Until you really got it engrained, otherwise you'll be coming back to it all the time and never really have it locked in there. If it doesn't feel naturally still it's highly unlikely you'll be able to pull it off or even remember it in a fight. Anyway thats just my two whatevers )))

@@godinergy not if it's done in a hyperbolic time chamber!
Its always been astounding to me that anyones kicks can look like day 1-100's kicks for longe rthan 10 minutes of coaching. Ive seen it before with people who are gumby but most ive seen also just kinda do it right from the drop aside from some easy corrections.
Most importantly, you finally kept your hands where they should be during the full extent of your kick.
When I first trained my kicks sucked for a whole year 😭 You’ve progressed so much and you’re a major inspiration and you have definitely contributed to my 5+ of years of progress. Keep up the awesome work Shane! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
The snap and flow at 10K 😮
Those front kicks and transition look snappy as foooook 👌
Love the channel bro been watching for about a year now n you've been getting better! 💪🏽💯
Never give up folks. We all start off dainty, kick a little gayly, then transform into muay thai practitioners.
10,000 days is 27 years.. this is so cringe I can’t even.

New guy with socks was accurate 😂
I remember when you first started, Amazing progress is an understatement.
Dude i just started last week, i really needed to see this thanks for posting
The combo in the end is beautiful
That’s amazing that you got that quality of a camera 24 years ago and still got it on youtube shorts in portrait mode
His little waddle after each kick is killing me🤣
Even his posture went from zesty ah, to mans man 🔥
Bro those teep faints are terrifying😂
Day one looks like it's homies first day using his legs in general 💀
I got my first bag a few weeks ago and practicing my combos. It’s fun ngl.
That heavy bag stand would drive me insane
Hot dog brother that’s a whole lotta progress. Keep up the good work big mqn
That first kick got me 😂
Yep! This is accurate! Funny how we practice the head/high kick a lot when we get comfortable with throwing a kick
Takes a certain skill to know so much & rewind your days 😂 🔥🥊💨
That bracket sure is wobbly
He finally got the confidence to wear a man bun. Great job!
Nice combos bro! That teep is real powerful
You nailed the socks thing on day 1 :)))
Beautiful technique wonder how often do you work on the bag and how often do you shadowbox to make sure your techniques stay sharp and clean
That bag perfectly sums up the power in your kicks. Time to try something else.
Not only is the form better but you can see as he trains longer the focus becomes more intense, his eyes never leaving the target
Can't believe I've been watching his videos since high school
Nice flow and rythm but what are those gloves my guy
Those enter the dragon gloves at the end are sick!

Smooth on this one Shane!
The bag and facility held up well after 20+ years!!! WOW!!!
I'm glad that you had gopro 27 years ago, dude.
I miss Thai boxing videos like this make me so sad I permanently damaged my knee in sparring😭
Bros got a zesty ahhh stance on the first day 😂
amazing, he had such good camera in 91
They had remarkable camera technology 24 years ago, just as good as today. Fascinating.
Pretty accurate brether keep up the good work
Damnnn shane clean w the final combos
" I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times"
Those gloves at the end are so unique. I’ve never seen boxing gloves with fingers. For the love of all nak muay’s please get some top kings 😂
When kicks start flying like hands, I'm out lmfao
I love u bro lmao u got me with the 1st 5sec then i seen your just joshing lol nice speed and torque my guy
Hard to act like you don’t know how to throw a kick when it’s already like walking for you and you are a badass like Shane 💪
The first one is so accurate 🤣
TBH that's a sexy calf kick right there my man👌
Good shit Georgie I always knew you were my favorite of the Cooper family
After watching this i Can confirm i feel like the gifted child
That’s a really good punching bag it didn’t even wear out the whole time bro
Solid proof that roundhouse kicks stop you aging.
That bag held up well for 24 years 😂
Damn you improved so much in 1 day
Can't even lie. 24 years guy would have pieced me up. 😂
Bro amazing transformation. You went from total noob to world class kicker. Big props to you for sticking with it bro.
It's funny because when you've been practicing, it is hard to replicate day one.
I'm loving this new look of long hair that Shane has got.
Man only took me and my friends watching 3 ninjas and by the end of it we were this good 😂
