I just got to Guam a few months ago and looking to buy a Jeep Gladiator. Your videos have helped me make my decision to get a lesser trim instead of spending the $15K extra on a Rubicon here

Love your videos! Keep them coming. I've learned what to do, and more importantly.. what not to do. Your series on building the axles was amazing. I learned a boatload I didn't know, but think I will still have a shop do the actual work, simply becuase it's my daily driver.. and I'd rather know it was done right, than to say I did it myself. That said, your videos taught me enough that.. if I need to repair anything but the actual gearsets, I think I could handle that. Thanks! (Also, love seeing your posts on the FB groups, you are always more than helpful. Kudos for that!)

Much respect for doing everything yourself! I also was at a crossroad too when buying my JTR. I calculated the cost of a rubi and me buying a sport/s and adding the upgrades to equal a rubi. As for me, not including labor, it cost about the same for a rubi or a sport/s and the parts to make it equivalent to a rubi, if I had to pay for labor too, it actually would cost more to do a sport/s to a rubi equal. That’s why for me, it made more sense to just buy a rubi as I got a pretty good deal on mines and no dealer mark up, which a lot of dealer did for the rubicon at the time! Bought mines in November 2019. It May be different for other as costs are very different in different places. Actually if I factored in the rubi transfer case, then the sport s would cost even more to get it to a rubicon, in my case as I didn’t even factor that in originally. Most items are actually cheaper when ordered from manufacturer with the car/truck. Like one of my regrets is not getting the led package, which was $1k, and that includes the fronts, fogs, back, and sides. From mopar, for all those led lights, it will be close to $2k. For the $1k price all you get are headlights when buying after the fact.

Love your videos! This one gives me some direction on beefing up the axles on my Gladiator. I love the FOX shocks with my 2.5” EVO MFG lift! Running 35” tires now, but want to step up to 37’s next.

Good vids. I've been wanting to mess with the audio. Great list. I won't make one haha. Don't want to add everything up. Im also using rubicon take offs for bumpers rails and fenders. Been lucky so far in the used parts.

Very thorough review, thank you. Have you considered the addition of the 2nd passenger side rear recovery hook to your rear bumper? It's probably more cosmetic now with your rear skid plate recovery strap functionality, but I think it's a nice balanced look. I ordered my 2nd hook, bolts, and trim piece but haven't installed them yet.

Great videos! I'm just getting into working on my own Jeep. Looks like you work on your jeep in your driveway. Can you do a video sharing some tips on working on your Jeep without a vehicle lift. I'd like to get a vehicle lift but don't have the garage height.

Awesome content. I’m so glad I came across your videos. I do have a question. I just recently bought a 21 Gladiator with the ecodiesel. I am running 40’s with a 4.5 evo lift with HD springs and 8 adjustable control arms, falcon steering stabilizer, 1350 front and rear drive shafts. I’m not doing anything crazy with it but I need to know if these D44’s will hold up or do I need to do something to it?

The first Rubicon it never ended - the new 4d rubicon is stock. Its not the tools not the know how, sooner or later it age - gettit done before the AARP flyers start coming in the mail box. Did you put on double cardan drive shafts for the drive angle? Even for 2 in I always have - even with front and read adjustable control arms. Good stuff

I can understand that. I have been injured off and on through my career and things started to slow down over the years. I am enjoying life but at a bit slower pace. Little slower to react or overreact. Its a process for sure. I plan on driveshafts if I go over 3 inches of lift. The shock droop is really what kills the front driveshaft.

@@c130aviator alright i fibbed a bit - I did manage to put Jks ACOS on last weekend on the JL (told the boss it’s not a lift but a safety feature). PT will make more on me. That way one can adjust the front corners separately, rides good - and have a winch coming in and a 16 yo wrestler to do the lifting - if he gets his homework done and the boss is out.
