A List Made From Your Comments. Top 5 Love/Hate Jeep Modifications

A video assembled by your comments and suggestions. What are your most loved and hated Jeep parts?
Fair use and public domain.
In order to facilitate the progress of society, certain uses of another person or companies copyrighted works may be lawful (and not infringing). A “fair use” of copyright depends on a 4 part analysis that courts go through to consider whether or not the use of a copyrighted work is “fair” (and thus lawful) or not a fair use (which becomes an infringement of copyright). The four part test is simple, yet can be complex, and depends on the 4 factors set forth in section 107 of the federal copyright law in the United States. This section states:
In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include-
1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
2) the nature of the copyrighted work;
3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors. The Courts can grapple with these four factors, and copyright holders, I guess you could say, are not real happy with the concept that you can just use their work, transform it, or comment on or criticize their works on your youtube channel (which many content creators like to try to monetize for commercial purposes). Nevertheless, the law allows certain fair uses. If you are claiming such a right, using a disclaimer at the beginning or end of your videos might put the copyright holder on notice that you did not seek their permission (or need to seek their permission) to use their works because you consider your use to be a legally protected use, such as for comment or criticize, or discussing the news under the first amendment free speech clause of the US Constitution.

    Easy to see why everyone gets so passionate about their Jeep, it's THEIR Jeep. Something so easily modified is always bound to travel the gamut of tastes. Just be glad you have one and that's good enough for me. After that, it's whatever floats your toaster. Go have fun!

    I just recently started making some mods and doing my own maintenance on my JKU, and I’m really enjoying it (and learning a lot). Maybe it’s because I’m nearly 60 years old, but I couldn’t care less what other people think - it’s not their Jeep. 😁 I’ve recently started going with a retired USAF theme. On another note, I hope you’re enjoying Guam as much as I did in the mid to late 90s. Aside from the KAL crash and Supertyphoon Paka, I had the time of my life there. I became a scuba instructor and took dive trips all over the region. Have lots of fun!!!

    If you wheel in the forest you need a stubby antenna. But I think the one you got went overboard on the small size.

    Jeeps are a great way of us all expressing ourselves. I have 3 different grills for mine. Its so easy to change them out, takes 5 minutes I change mine out depending on my mood. My kids avoid me when I have my vador grill on. 😅😅 .....and Brandon I like your stickers. I have started collecting them myself. Keep the videos coming!

    Truth! Folks spend too much time bashing on other folks’ mods that they aren’t paying for. If someone wants to build a mall crawler, who cares!? 😂

    @@c130aviator - I agree with #5 - angry grill. Blech. I don't criticize those that want to mod their jeep and this is one of the mods they choose. I just don't care for it at all. How many mountains have you climbed on Guam so far? LOL This is my stock '18 JLU going from 1200' to 3000' in WV last fall: kzread.info/dash/bejne/faqDrZmuhN2zk7g.html Keep up the great work.

    @@flyslinger2 on foot, dozens and hundreds of miles. In my Jeep none. It keeps going in the ship for warranty work. Lol. But I think it's almost time to really test it out. We just don't have a lot to do here.
