I'm 38 and have been lifting for 20 years. I did two cycles in my early 30s, already lifting at an advanced/elite level and without having gained more than 0.25" on any body group for years. After those cycles, which were over five years ago, i still have a noticeably larger size on every muscle group (roungly 1-1.5") than pre gear. My strength also went up permanently, about 3%.

3% is too small to measure or attribute to the cycles. I mean even a placebo effect over time could have caused that. Like if you benched 300 pounds that's only a difference of 9 lbs. So then you would bench 9 lbs more and say oh that's because of cycles that I took. There's a lot of things somebody could do and they could change to easily gain 9 pounds on to their bench. Just an example

@@mrmhayes9361 you are in extreme denial if you think someone in their mid 50s can have that much lean muscle mass naturally. You start to lose testosterone in your 30s and even if you keep testosterone levels your body can't use it as effectively. It's a natural process of aging that we all experience it. By your 50s its not the same and again you missed the entire point. People don't care that he's one gear. They care that he is lying about and selling BS giving people a false sense of what is attainable naturally. I repeat it again it's not what he does to his own body that people care about. It's presenting himself in a false disingenuous way telling people that he got to where he's at one way when in reality it was another. This isn't hard to understand. Noone is questioning his work ethic either. It's the lying people take issue with.

Regarding the test crash: Remember that test measurements are taken on the general population. From 30 upwards, men have a lot of external factors lowering their test: Work Stress, injuries and wear and tear on the body, kids, wife, etc... I think these factors play a huge part in the free test reduction. If they only tested 'active' or fit males I think it would be higher/less of a drop, at least until they reach their golden years.

It's interesting to me that nobody talks about body dysmorphic disorder. I'm thinking of this for several reasons. One is that you gotta be a little neurotic/OCD whatever you wanna call it, to attain and maintain Mike's physique, gear or not. This is complex and I'm not saying he has the disorder, but I wonder why no one questions it. In my psych classes I recall specifically references to body builders, esp those that use gear, when discussing body dysmorphic disorder. The idea that this wasn't just for the bulimics or anorexia people was surprising to me, but it makes sense. Further reason why I bring this up is because, in all diagnoses under the umbrella body dysmorphic disorder, the drive to continue the behavior is similar to a feign's addiction for a drug. Drug addiction has been shown to be as strong as a mother's love for their own child. There are also plenty of cases where bulimics, anorexia patients, or drug users withhold truth, develop incredibly creative and elaborate schemes to continue their lifestyles/behaviors, and they're able to fool friends and family and even the professionals trying to help them. What I'm trying to say is, it's not really surprising that Mike, or any of these so called "natty's" do everything they can to avoid any possible threat to their image. Imagine if anorexia patients were revered like body builders. What would that do to their drive to eat next to nothing and be skeleton skinny? It would send it into the fucking stratosphere. Mike ain't natural.

Reply No he claims lifetime natural and has made this claim since 1990. You are probably younger. He gets bigger as he gets older which means he still pinning as he was before. He is very clear about being a lifetime natural which means he's very clearly been lying for 30 years. I like the guy and couldn't give a shit what he is on But why doesn't he just say using or not is s personal question he finds invasive. The reality is this would be a way to let everybody know that he is in fact doing what he looks like he's doing without saying it. Now it's just a joke. There are big naturals and I seen the floor and they are strong they re also a little fluffy. For example I am confident Eric B is natural. Natural events to not have extensive expensive drug testing so let's not kid ourselves. And passing Tests is not difficult. I love the KC say that because he's got a great skin knows it so they could hear line that he is not on gear. I know plenty of guys you have all three of these. I'll see you guys we have to hear the great skin and hair and shitty skin is just genetics and if you happen to have sensitive oil glands and response to DHT by losing hair then those will be side effects, Even though he's not blow it look at the size of his head and facial muscles if you need to get some idea whether he's using gear. I also know that when you are 50+ years old and repeatedly routinely doing a raw incline press with 405 for 2-3 reps you could learn to use a shirt and get some big numbers like an 800 bench or a 1,000 squat with a routine that most people would burn out on. The guy is always including heavy bar work, week in and week out and I have seen no evidence of sound periodization. That's really not possible without gear and if he knew how to train for competition, he could be unbelievable as a Masters Powerlifter. Hell he looks like he can win the classic bodybuilding or physique Mr. Olympia right now. Although I don't know if he is too heavy because I don't follow the sport to see pretty builds. I draw inspiration from guys who push the envelope. I wanna create the physiques with less freaky development I'll look at Arnold and Franco any day over the board short guys (they look great and work hard but are not showing us things we have never seen)

Accutane will take care of the acne and makeup will take care of the red & bloated face. Mr Tren never seems to get winded like most mortals and i highly suspect that he is putting EPO as well as Tren/Primo & HGH in his bowl of wheaties every morning. It's amazing what plastic surgery & a hair transplant will do to enhance Mr Tren.

Reminds me of reading the muscles mags back in the late 1960's (I am 64 now) when Arnold and Dave Draper hawked protein powder. Steroids were never ever mentioned back then in the mags and all us naive youngsters "drank the kool-aid".

The muscle magazines are still hawking the bs supplements and there are still saps & suckers buying those useless supplements. I think it depends on where you grew up, because the kids on my Brockton (City of Champions / Rocky Marciano & Marvin Hagler) High School Football Team were doing cycles of Primabolan & D-bol & Deca. I remember the early 80's like it was yesterday. The college scouts were very impressed with my teammate's speed- 40yd/ 4.56 & his strength 405lb benchpress & 635lb squat. Johnny was all done by his Jr. Year at Boston College due to multiple injuries on his knees and shoulder-rotator cuff.
