Could you please guide low flame means how much exactly? Cz every induction cooktop temp is different…also what is the replacement of baking soda if we don’t have it then ?

For baking in cooker always w/o gasket. Since being kept on stove for 50 mins, it shud be only w/o gasket otherwise will not pressure get formed inside???

Did you remove the rubber seal inside the lid so you could use the pressure cooker as an ordinary pot? You removed it, didn't you? This is not in fact a cake that's been cooked using pressure, was it?
