1/2cup milk.1cup sugar blend 1.5 minute add1 tblespoon vanilla essence, 3 eggs blend put 3/4th cup oil blend add 1 1/2 cup maida and 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 180celsius preheat 5 min snd 180 c bake 25 to 30 minutes

In a blender add milk half cup Sugar 1cup granulated Blend them for 45 mts Add 3 big or 4 small eggs Essence 1tsp Blend for 3 mts n add 3/4cup oil n blend for 2 mts Pour in a bowl Mix in 1 1/2cup maida in two batches N add 2 1/2tsp BK pd. N mix well with spatula. Fix butter paper grease it In 9 inches mould porn the batter tap it Bake in a aluminium patila Keep a stand not pregnant heated cover it with a cloth. On medium heat then slow for 30to 35 mts. Or in an oven preheated for 5 mts at 180 for 25 mts

I tried a twice but it was not same sponge outer layer ok but inner plain not sponge
