STRICTLY AUDIS my ac is blowing hot air, what could it be? What are my options before I change the air compressor? It’s a 07 Audi A4 quattro

Jairo Macias-Jaquez if it’s blowing hot air that means the flops the divide hot air from ac are stuck at hot air port, if your compressor is not working , you should get outside air , whether it’s hot or cold , I think your compressor is not to blame here

@@strictlyaudis7012 I have the same car and my fan won’t spin on my Audi and if I sit in traffic for to long it will run hot, any suggestions

My audi A4 2008 fan is not working. Any solution

I have my fan not spinning, tried using the OBD computer fan test, the fan does spins. But it just doesn't spin when engine temp is high, resulting in coolant boils . When turning on air con the fan does spin in slow speed, when weather is too hot then coolant will boil when car driving in low speed. Still cannot figure out what's the cause

I have a 2008 a4 , the radiator fan just randomly kept turning on and off , without the car being turned on , it killed my battery but it still cuts on on its own .. any ideas ?

Fan relay might be wet, common problem

I have a 2010 a4 my fans won’t come on I do the same your doing on your car

My car is having the same issues. Fan only works without the fuse. What was the issue? Was it the module that got damaged or relays?

@@zain-yf1ef same here, changed the fan and controller, fans still don’t work unless I remove this fuse. if anyone solved this, please let me know. thznks !!

@@jpithois your coolant temperature sensor is bad, it’s located on the back side of the engine, I was having the same problem so I changed out the temp sensor and then my fans would kick in when my car would get up to temp

@@zain-yf1ef sorry, one last question, turning on the AC does NOT turn the fans on, do you think it could still be a coolant temp sensor pb ?

I have a 2008 Audi A4 2.0 Fans will not turn on unless I remove that fuse. My ac is not working as well. Does not blow cold air. I replaced the sensor located on the front driver side where the headlight is and nothing. Also replaced the temp one toward the back of the engine,nothing. Changed the valve on the compressor itself as well and no luck. I haven't changed the fan control only because I figured it works since the fans turn on when the fuse is removed. Idk if that's correct or not.. anyone have any luck or advice?

You said it : my ac is not working as well . That’s where you’re gonna start . Fix the AC and all the radiator fan problems will vanish , try this first and let me know . Thanks for watching

@@alexsexoticpets746 most mechanics are scammers and liars , they want to replace an easy part , they make money and you get stuck deeper . The idea is that is your computer senses a problem in your ac system the radiator fan will start acting up , but don’t start with the compressor , check the wiring and fuses and relays first , see if you have enough freyon

You cannot check freon if in ECON MODE and compressor is not running.
