034 Motorsports billet dogbone mount insert upper and lower
Installation of the 034 Motorsports upper and lower dogbone mount inserts. I will also explain the struggles I had with the install. Not all cases are the same but here is mine. This is for the pre 2008 VW models with the dogbone mount bushing.

How was the vibration from old one to the new one?

Vibration at idle has increased and when letting the clutch out from a stop, but while driving it’s like the rubber/plastic insert

@@Messy_Jesse I’d go with the poly insert. Unless it’s a track car the metal was too harsh. This is my opinion in hindsight. I’ve put a Poly mount in all my VW and Audis and I love them.

@@ajetauto5592 Perfect timing on this comment! Thank you! Make sure to soak your bushings with 303 aerospace protectant. It will make them last a lot longer. :)
