Very useful videos, many thanks for making them. Helped me out a lot with my used 21 ZX10R that I recently got. Previous owner too apart the fairings and repainted it to look like the 10RR version but didn't put back all the bolts and push pins.

I couldn't find anything in the Service Manual referencing the headlight bulbs on my 2022 ZX10R. I believe these head lights are sealed. I couldn't find anything on the web about this except for the Gen 5, which is obviously different than the Gen 6. Let me know if you find anything. Thank you

What tool are you using to remove these push pins so easy?! I've already broken 4 trying to remove them😩

I am using a very small "L" shaped Allen Wrench or a small Philips Head screwdriver. One that has the same or smaller diameter than the pin in the center of the collar. I push the center pin inward until I hear a snap then pry out the collar portion from the fairing using my thumbnail. If you are having a difficult time removing these push pins, it may be due to the two fairing parts not being aligned, thus causing stress on the pin and its collar from releasing. When reinstalling the push pin, make sure the fairing/panel holes are aligned, reinstall the collar first, then push the center pin in until it is flush with the top of the collar. Let me know if this helps. Thank you
