@h3ll5308 күн бұрын
like i see a lot of steps u should do with vacuum and idk what to do
@DayTodayMarv8 күн бұрын
Well bro when pouring investment the vacuum is an important step cause you want to get as many air bubbles out the way to ensure your piece comes out with little to no defects. If you want you can try to use a vibrating table but in all honestly I’d either just send your pieces to a caster until you have the money to save for the vacuum. Just look at it as a way to better you sculpting skills when it comes to waxing and all.

Don’t doubt yaself! And you can but now you’ll have to depend on a lot of rotary polishers with the flex shaft motor. Being transparent, a lot of beginner jewelers send their pieces to bench jewelers after waxing/designing, so don’t think that isn’t an option! You can always come back to learning the bench work later 🤷🏾♂️

jeweler here! 👋🏼 love your videos, so well explained. I would recommend you to pass some different grades of sanding, from more coarse to more fine... that way you get rid of the tiny marks of the previous grade. And then for the polishing machine, definitely use two different pastes one for the polishing and then a one for super finishing (i.e. Luxor Orange Polishing Compound) which really gives the metal its shine, it makes a huge difference. also it's worth to put them in the ultrasound between the two pastes, this way you get rid of the marks from the more coarse paste and have all the effect of the super finishing shine.

Hey i had a Question Do we Need a Melting Furnace and The Oven For Grillz? or we can buy either or asking cause when im researching they both look like they do the samething but i could be wrong
@DayTodayMarv2 ай бұрын
So, when making grillz you kind of want to have two furnaces. One is a Kiln: which you place your flask in to do your burnout cycle And the other is a “melting Furnace” where you’ll melt your metal in. You kind of need two because the process become simultaneous at the transfer point of placing your molten metal into the flask that you just took out the kiln. They essentially both heat up materials but some are even shaped specifically for a flask or a crucible for melting metal.
