Just heard the tragic news of Henri's passing. Saw him several times with the Mighty Flyers. What a talented guitarist and excellent singer. My prayers go to his family and friends. RIP Henri.

Get a kick ass writer and guitar player that cant sing. And a kick ass singer that cant play, and you birth a kick ass song that last through 5 generations. Fantastic .

Mickey Thomas - one of THE greatest voices in rock and he still had it goin’ on here in a major way! These live, low-fidelity recordings can make even the best singers sound weak, but Mickey’s voice shines like a diamond! And Elvin’s guitar work was still as wonderful as I remember at the first rock concert I ever attended back in 1978.

Mickey Thomas was still in fine voice in 2011. When his solo album was issued in 1976, Elvin Bishop played guitar on several cuts.
