Why do you mix the heavy whipping cream first and then add the instant pudding and mix again? Why not just combine all the ingredients from the start and mix?

Do you make blue icing, then just take out a little and microwave it then add it to the rest of the icing, or do you make the whole amount that you need

Apologies for the late response. I make the whole amount that I need. That way, the colour is deeper and better than taking a little out to microwave. Thank you.

It’s best to add your lemon zest to the sugar so the essential oils start releasing.

i wonder if one could add some flavouring as well...i found these fruit powders which need a dehydrator, maybe, but probably would not be workable with rice paper...Maybe one could incorporate these fruit powders with the corn starch sprinkle method...🎄 kzread.info/dash/bejne/YqF50Luol9OvlMo.html

I want to make this to frost a coconut layer cake.......if I frost it the night before serving will the frosting hold up in the refrigerator without deflating or sliding off cake? thank you......I have a coconut instant pudding flavor.....

So glad i saw the youtube how to stabilize homemade whip cream, i used chocolate pudding, start 1 Tbsp. since next day mine got a bit too smooth, even in the back coldest spot in the frig, mixed it up and it looked like yogurt soft ice cream! Wow....OMG ! can't wait till have my morning coffee with a big dollop on it !. Simple things make me happy and to share with others.
