This fruit jelly cake inspired by @KakesbyKal and @BooneBake
is so refreshing, pleasing to the eyes and delicious. Your dessert table is not complete without this beautiful fruit jelly cake. You just have to try it!
Recipe
Victoria Sponge Cake
200g softened butter
200g granulated sugar
200g self raising flour
197/200g eggs (4 eggs)
1 tsp baking powder
Cream Cheese Frosting
200g cold cream cheese
300ml heavy whipping cream /double cream
45g powered sugar /icing sugar
White Chocolate Ganache
365g white chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream/double cream
Transparent Jelly
100g gelatine mix with 11/2 cup cold water
800ml hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cup sugar

Grapes
Essentials
Adjustable cake ring mold or a spring-form cake pan
Acetate roll
Sticky tapes to secure the base

Maffyyyyy! This cake is looking wonderful, whenever I see all of these lovely fruits my mouth is watering :) Woww! That victoria sponge is so soft too and moist! A yummy combination of fruits and beautiful sponge. It's been a trendy cake now and I would love to try it out :) I'm just slightly concerned if how healthy the gelatin is, you know in such a large quantity you might get ill or something. Anyways, have a beautiful weekend :) ❤️
