Watch how to make the most delicious chocolate frosting ever. It's fudge-y, decadent and irresistibly delicious that you can eat it all by itself without a cake. This is a kind of chocolate truffle similar to the famous Brazilian brigadeiro dessert. This recipe will be perfect for your valentine dessert ideas.
Here’s the full ingredients and instructions below 👇🏼
Ingredients:
140 g Milk Chocolate ( ie semi sweetened chocolate 🍫)
113 g salted butter (1/2 cup)
120 ml double/heavy whipping cream (1/2 cup)
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
1 1/4 cup Icing Sugar known as powdered sugar (sifted)
Vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Measure all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook together on low heat and whisk till melted and totally combined. Be careful not to burn it.
Turn the heat of and leave to cool or refrigerate to firm it up if you want to pipe it.
