I definitely have this injury . After starting to run again after 8 years ( years of knee ops ) this injury started on week 9 of couch to 5 k . Had done 3 x 5k runs on week 8 , pain kicked in on the next day after my next 5k . I have constant pain on all muscles you mentioned. Works physio said I had pers anserine . Pleased I came across your video . How many weeks would you suggest to do these exercises and can I get back into running ? Keen cyclist as well , probably why I have sort tight hamstrings and 59 years young 😵💫

I got subcutaneous transposition, I’m one week post op. Is it normal/did you experience numbness around the incision/ new ulnar nerve location and outer elbow? 😮I hope it will go away after a month or so.

When I have labral tear, not only does the affected area hurt, but is it also possible to experience pain that radiates from the inner thigh and groin down to the calf and even to the bottom of the foot? I have difficulty to walk and stand straight because of this pain.

The surgeon told me i could return to performance cello and working with dogs (dogs with issues) as soon as i got my aoft cast off. I went home happy as a clam to play and coyldnt hold the bow. It was a shock. And then i was afraid to do anything at all. Niw working with this video and hoping to be well enough to play feativals in august.

I appreciate this video so much. With my tendonitis in both wrists from the work i do. My braces came off after 2 months. And working on strengthening them back up. Any recommendations while i am waiting on p.t on the extensionor ligaments that goes in between the thumb and index finger and under the thumb pad and moves up the top of the fore arm to almost the elbow. To strengthen it. So i can get back to work quicker. And no i will not hold you liable for a recommendation of an exercise to help. It's my decision to use it or not. Thank you for helping others in knowledge and in need of help.

Hey travis, im getting surgery soon, it only sublaxes a bit and then alot when i go overhead extension, i was wondering if i am able to do excercises that train the long head of the tricep post op since the main reason im getting the surgery is to be able to do excercises that put some stress on elbow such as calisthenics

My dead butt is affecting my daily activities for so long and I hadn't been able to find out why one side of my pelvis is always tilted until recently. Thanks for such a detailed explanation. I hope these exercises will help me balance my pelvis to diminish the pressure on my right knee.

Hello travis, I am 15 years old and I have been going to the gym for quite a while (5 months approximately).For the last 2 months I have this continuous crack+ a minor pain on my tricep.This feeling has been only be shown while I am performing a tricep exercise or anything that requires a lot of effort from the tricep. What should i do?
🚨🚨 STRETCHING the area…?? You are saying to do everything that Sports Injury Physio is saying NOT to do on her channel. Oh great. What she said makes perfect sense. Do NOT stretch an injured tendon.

I llay tennis at a county level abd sadly, my calf has torn 3 times in the last 12 months. I'm 45 and struggling to keep up the university level tennis I play at due to age and injuries. I have been doing the exercises in the videos for months, but here I am, injured again. Help?
Just a question, If all of these exercises are doing the same stretch then do we really need to do all of them?
I walk dogs for a living, like 16 to 20 at one time. I push a stroller with two English bulldogs, and the rest walk along with us. I truly believe I have Pes Anserine Bursitis. I will most definitely do your program, but I do have one question. I must work to live, and that mean walking the dogs. I used to do 3 to 5 miles, but have taken it down to 2 miles. Now, with this bursitis, I have taken it down to 1.5 miles, but think I should maybe do a half a mile, then rest and then return to the van. My question is, can I do the plan of only a mile and still heal, of course, not walking too fast and hard? The only issue I have is when people let their off leash dogs chase us, but that is not all the time. Thank you for a fantastic and very informative video!!!!! 🙂
