  Fun fact related about sugars, since I'm from the south (U.S.). We consume more sugar in everything than any other region in the U.S. So I've kept up on research related to sugars. Instead of a link to find the latest meta-analysis data, you can search this: "New, Comprehensive Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Illustrate The Need for Nuance in Public Health Guidance Related to Consumption of Sugars". Sugars may be poison at certain dose, but damn does it make great sweet tea lol

  Reagan worked with Peter North (CIA) to put drugs in Black neighborhoods, Reagan would then start a war on drugs specifically targeting the people in those neighborhoods. He and his wife were infamous for it that and the bringing tanks into the hood.

  The _Iran-Contra Affair._ That was the Reagan crack thing. The show _Snowfall_ is loosely based on that. Reagan was a massive scumbag in so many other ways. Messed up thing is that every POTUS after him, under both parties, has been an extension of him to varying degrees. *Especially* Clinton.

  This was a great season finale for season 1. Somewhat sad and somewhat funny at the same time. Huey is doing everything that he can to try and save his friend from being executed. Then you got Ruckus preaching the word if loving the white man was insane. Great reaction/commentary, you two. And I hope you two have a wonderful day. Stay safe, take care, and stay amazing, Helwa.

  Yeah ima have to skip the reaction the “Bardock Special”… or is it called “Episode of Bardock”? Whatever these newer one is called where he (SPOILERS👇... ) …unintentionally travels/gets warped back in time, where he then ends up transforming into a Super Sayian while fighting one of Frieza’s ancestors. So yeah, just that synopsis alone should be more than enough to explain why ima have to pass on that particular reaction. Lol It’s just such a terrible “special”… regardless if it’s the Abridged version or not, even they were unable to make it watchable in my opinion.

  Tbh I’ve always felt TFS did a bad job at properly explaining what Piccolo did there at end and why he did it… I feel like 90% (if not more) of the people I’ve watched react to this were lost/confused on what happened there. Side note: I was gonna give a brief explanation of what happened just in case but I’m sure you’ve already gotten multiple a comment explaining it by now(if not multiple comments doing so) lol so there’s probably no need to.

  Yeah Kami and Piccolo were once one Namekian. Said Namekian came to earth and challenged the guardian of the earth for his position. The guardian refused on the basis that he sensed a great evil in the Namekian. So the Namekian split himself in two to purge himself of this evil. What he cast away was Piccolo, what remained was Kami who was worthy of the position of guardian of the earth.

  lol I know you guys are way passes this part in the show but thought I’d mention anyways that King Kai’s planet was roughly 10x Earth’s gravity but Goku’s ship can go up to 100x Earth’s gravity. He can control it, anywhere from 2x-100x and in the actual show he requested that be built in so he could train on his way there.

  Allegedly, Toriyama himself told someone that TFS were brilliant for having Nail and Kami being internal voices for Piccolo and he wished that he’d come up with the idea himself. Sadly, that’s just word of mouth because there’s no interview recording or anything to back it up.

  And speaking of Wuncler being diabolical... He reminds me of how about 10 years ago all these free coding classes started popping up out of nowhere. The ads were very targeted. One I remember from around my way was _Black Girls Code._ Many of them were classes for kids. It ended up coming out that many of these organizations behind the classes are subsidiaries of major tech companies like Alphabet, Apple, etc. And their goal is to give coding skills to enough kids, so that by the time they're adults there will be so many people with those skills that they can drive the wages/salaries for that entire industry. These people are very big picture and willing to play the long game wehn being as eveil as humanly possible.

  I mean... wealthy people and corporations tend to exploit workers in general. My wife is a huge Rihanna fan, and has been wanting to work for her Fenty lingerie line since I met her doing either design or production. Like a year or two ago she saw some openings and applied. Made it through the interview process only ti find out that the pay for her line of work is "criminally low" as she put it. So that was that. Wuncler is diabolical as hell. Great reaction as always. Looking forward to the next one.

  The real lore behind the kami/piccolo thing is that they originally were one person when they arrived on earth a long time ago. The original namekian tried to get rid of the evil inside of him and it split him in 2, kami (the good) and demon king piccolo (the bad). Demon king piccolo got beat by kid goku in og dragonball but before he died he spat out an egg that would go on to be piccolo jr, who is the piccolo we know now. He was basically a total villain until the saiyan saga, which is why he was so eager to kill goku while fighting raditz and why it was such a huge deal that he saved gohan from nappa's attack. After that piccolo got pretty chill and stopped talking/acting evil in general.

  Your next Dragon Ball show poll has the Buu saga from Z. You could also do the Buu Saga from Kai. It’d be shorter by like 30 episodes Kami and King Piccolo used to be the same person before the former purged his darkness. Technically Piccolo is King P reincarnated with all his memories and goals, but also his son, so he’s also technically a separate character. He was a villain in Dragon Ball, then became good in Z
