This is my favorite episode! It was amazing to visit the church and memorial of Dr King. He wasn’t just for black civil rights, he stood for civil rights in general. He was pro worker’s rights and general kindness to all. He supported the ideas set forth from the new deal and it’s proposed additions. He is definitely one of my inspirations.
This episode won a Peabody Award. Very rare for any show let alone a cartoon
Please read your history. Rosa Parks was an activist. She was not some random woman who was tired o e day. Like this episode shows they went to get arrested so they could sue the state. Random things don't just happen when it comes to us. The ones that came before us fought every step of the way to get us to where we are today.

People usually believe she was the first. W knowledge
Uncle Ruckus and Frieza would be best friend 😂
There's times I've wanted to move to Canada myself for *multiple* different reasons. Too damn cold though 🤣🤣🤦🏾♂️
This my fave episode of the whole series, that speech at the end from MLK is def needed for today
This was a hilarious episode. The ending with Dr. King is going off and ending it with I going to Canada like talk about a mic drop 😂🤣 But anyway I hope you two have a wonderful day. Stay safe, take care and stay amazing Helwa.
Everybody loves Thuggin' Love.
There was a channel that did some video essays a bit more critical of the show. Not negative, just more critical than most tend to be. One of them was for this episode and how the depiction of MLK was more in line with the watered down sanitized version of him. For example the whole turn the other cheek thing. He believed in self defense. These videos are gone now, sadly. I assume due to copyright. I thought they were pretty good
Top 5 Episode.
Funny episode 😅
Claudette Colvin. That’s the name you’re looking for
Unfortunately Malcolm X was always going to end the way it did.
Rosa Parks was popular because she was Jewish😮 Somebody needs to tell the truth there were multiple people at least three others before her who refused to get off the bus😮 It's the same reason why Angela Davis was so popular cuz she was also Jewish It was about racism and colorism hints favoritism
