Love this and I'm inspired to try it! If you're talking about ketosis pilaris (little bumps on arms) those are not caused by gluten and will most likely not get better by making your own sourdough from current studies. Maybe you're referring to something else though :)

Do any of your videos show a cost difference between what you spend to make it all vs what you would have to spend to buy it premade?

I make my own sandwich bread from home and it’s about $1.50 in supplies to make a loaf and I make a loaf a week sometimes twice. Before making my own bread it cost me $4.50-5 for a loaf of bread.❤

No mater what is claimed raw milk is not the safest. Buuuut if youre looking for dairy that is easier on the stomach look for pasteurized NON homogenized. You get the benefits of the cream top without the sickness part.

Hi, your videos help me to be confident in the kitchen. Could you please make a video about cooking utensils you use and which ones aren't worth purchasing. I get overwhelmed by the cooking spoons - I'm sure you don't need that many. I'm also a single parent now so money is tight, it'd be a great help to spend on stuff I will actually enjoy using while learning to cook.

My mom used to make that “farmers cheese” all the time because where we lived didn’t have access to cheese! She would keep the whey that you drain out of the curds and put them in her bread (healthy and tasted SO good). Not sure if that would work with sour dough ?

Catherine Shanahan author of the book “Deep Nutrition” once wrote that we used to think about food like farmers and chefs - focusing on flavour, soil composition & freshness, now we talk about food like scientists (talking about carbohydrates, protein…). One thing I love about you and your take on food, Sarah, is that you are the chef/farmer and focus on nutrition and taste! ✨👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 and yes, I love that you avoid toxic seed oils! Thank-you!
