For me now it definitely be like Zero mission > Fusion > Samus Returns > Dread and I have trouble placing in super honestly. I think zero mission is the best first game to start out but I personally found super hard to get into after the just much better control from zero and fusion.

not that it’s more than that It’s a culture and a lifestyle a living breathing world with a story and lore and characters We form parasocial relationships with these fictional animals because we love them so much and they have so much personality and backstory and it is a very customizable series it’s a perfect creative outlet 10:22 Pokémon team wasn’t experienced enough with switch hardware when they first started development for the game and they are a smaller team then most also the game was made during Covid so it had a decent amount of obstacles and it couldn’t be delayed because they have to abide by the merch and the anime and the tcg They have to be symbiotic with themselves When people criticize them these are things no one considers their dev time is 3-6 actually u just don’t feel it cuz they work on multiple projects simultaneously with the budget of a Disney channel movie around 15-20mil and they have to balance game release with the anime and the cards Everyone can say pokemon should be like Zelda or xenoblade but those games don’t have an anime and a tcg they have to abide by it’s like jenga Also they do make decisions dictated by the competitive scene And they may or may not share resources that part I’m unsure of Hot take: the point of Pokémon is to appeal to the widest audience possible and that there’s something for everyone from mainline to the anime to the Here's my take on the whole "Metroid is about isolation and exploration" thing; Metroid Prime is a first person shooter. It always has been, despite Nintendo skirting around it by calling it a "first person adventure" or some such. That being said, emphasizing on the action game play aspects of the FPS genre is something they should absolutely be doing for the Prime series. They don't stand to lose anything. The Metroid Prime series has shown that they can have shüt and Metroidvania exploration at the same time. As for Metroid being an "isolation" game, that is a part of the series identity; but we can have our cake and eat it too. Corruption did a fine job both expanding the universe by showing us there is more going on than just Samus wandering abandoned planets, while also giving us plenty of that core exploration game play. The Prime series has also always had a greater emphasis on world building than the mainline Metroid series has, as each entry giving us greater glimpses into the various species and faction's culture, with Corruption in particular having Samus actually participate in galactic events by working in parallel with the Federation rather than just going it alone the entire time. I think it's fine that the Prime series has Samus being a part of the rest of the universe from time to time. Having her participate in a firefight or two alongside marines isn't the end of the world. The mainline series will probably continue to emphasize isolation, and probably continue the more "horror" themed elements as it follows after Fusion and Dread going forward. TLDR; Metroid Prime and mainline Metroid are two different genres with different strengths and weaknesses, some deviation from perceived "franchise norms" wouldn't hurt the franchise in any way.

Raven Beak standing over the EMMI is the most badass way to cement raven beak as the main threat. He easily destroys what you spend the whole game running from.

I'll put my phazon theory here. Metroid is a story of space parasites destroying those that think they know best. The x parasite, the metroids, and phazon are all examples. For the metroids and x it is easy to see, but phazon harder. Lets start with what I think base phazon is. Phazon is like an element of super energy that can turn other matter into more phazon. Thats why base phazon travels through rock almost like a mold. It just naturally turns things into more phazon like how sound travels. Phazon in a refined energy state becomes a liquid. Then the "dust" balls of phazon coming off pure phazon can be seen as either mold spores or evaporating water. It hardly matters. The original origin is unknown, but I suspect it's base form eventually just took over the entire planet of phaze. It's not "alive" at this point but could be comparable to a supercolony of mold or virus. So what happened to cause it to jump from nonliving matter to biological matter? I think it's the metroids. We see how pure phazon acts like a cancer when introduced to biological matter. It mutates and grows the organisms until death, as shown by the pirate logs. But metroids don't. Metroids are such a perfect energy sucking species that they can survive eating phazon. Now I don't know how metroids got to planet phaze. Possibly from the chozo discovering the planet from skytown which does have metroids. This also lines up with the timeline a little because if phaze could infect other planets a long time ago, it would have, so why now is it just starting. So with metroids being added to the phazon pickle, phazon can now mutate metroids into living biological matter that won't just die. This further spreads through the planet until we see the diverse life of phaze. This also links the nature to spread with biology creating a pseudo hive mind. I say pseudo because it's more like the individual phazon creatures just agree with eachother in spread. None the less, this results in planet phaze turning from a super colony of phaze into a super organism. All organisms want to reproduce so it creates babies, these are leviathans. It then uses leviathans as seed pods to impregnate new planets. It uses the energy of phazon to make worm holes that can hit any random planet. The goal in this is to essentually force whatever planet landed upon to become a new phaze. All life mutated and died or survived, phazon metroids spread, and the planet itself consumed by pure phazon. Essentually reproducing by teraforming. The leviathan seed coalesce down into a metroid prime, basically a super organism running the show. I suspect this is what the ing emperor, and the brain looking things in the leviathan seeds in prime 3. Now let's get into the ing. In metroid prime 1, chozo ghosts are corrupted by phazon. In prime 2, the entire planet is split spiritually into light and dark. I suspect that phazon is such an energetic element it can warp reality, including the spiritual. Similear to the worm holes for leviathans. Difference is, the chozo and luminoth are highly spiritual beings and probabally tried to course correct the problem through spiritual means, leading to it's corruption as well. The ing really do look like phazon entities. But ing also has metroids with them. They must have come on the original leviathan. And the ing empower a spiritually corrupted metroid prime. Now prime 3's crisis. Why did phaze accelerate it's reproduction? I think it's because it got a mind now, it became a super intelligence. So, dark samus is the metroid prime tied into samus suit. That means it should have got all her information right? Such as how the space pirates used a biosuper computer to control metroids? And it just so happens that space pirates are a fractured species with a dagerous curiosity waging war against a galactic federation. And this galactic federation has just recently made similear biosuper computers in the aurora units. If u ask me, dark samus was coalesing power and learning about the space pirates in prime 2. In prime 3, this free thinking combo of metroid, phazon, and samus stole an aurora unit, corrupted it with phazon, then hooked it up to the super organism of phaze. This required the space pirates to build and steal. With new found intelligence, phaze controls dark samus and the spread, increasing reproduction of leviathans and respawn dark samus. Along with hive minding any organism currently under the effects of phaze. While phazon mutations naturally drive organisms insane like a rabid dog, only through the super intelligence could it do mind control. The 3 bounty hunters for example were not mutated but psychically changed

I know that this is an old video but for me, despite it being the newest of the Prime trilogy, it's the one that I feel has aged the worst purely from a design standpoint. Yeah the Prime series as a whole do certainly look like GameCube/Wii games, the world and enemy design of Primes 1 & 2 have aged well enough for me to be able to play them in 2024 perfectly fine. Prime 3 on the other hand has a lot of world and enemy design that constantly make me go "Oh yeah that right, I'm playing an early Wii game."

With the recent knowledge from Dread, I’d say the Metroid Prime(s) are likely a modification of Metroids made by the Mawkin Tribe. So they are Metroids- just more like big war machine creatures than just a predator of the X Parasite.

I’ve always considered the Metroid primes to be a subspecies that was native to phase. Like how a bunch of the other species we find in the Metroid series have variations on every planet. So where the regular Metroid metamorphose through omega, the phazon preferred ones transition through prime. And can either become the worm like creatures or the leviathan like creatures, either through phaeton exposure quantities or perhaps a male/female variation. Or just a divergence at a specific point in metamorphosis

I doubt we'll ever know the truth behind what Metroid Prime really was, since the original log entries have been retconned, and the new ones really don't touch on Metroid Prime itself at all. But if we wanted to go with the idea that it WAS a legitimately mutated Metroid, Prime 3 can actually give us a clue as to how it came to be. Namely in their unique mutation: Phazon Metroids. First is their design. We know that they're Tallon Metroids that have been exposed to a LOT of Phazon, so already this is a breed of Metroid that could have originated on Tallon IV. Their physical appearance also appears drastically different than their main Tallon counterpart. Namely, their inner nucleus is far more developed and looks almost like a brain, and their fangs are MUCH longer... almost like they're turning into legs. You could almost view this as the first stage of a Metroid's mutation into a Prime. But more importantly is their unique abilities. Besides enhanced strength and the usual Metroid strappings, they gain one very unique ability: the ability to phase through solid matter for a period of time. This is key. So let's pose this theory: after the Leviathan hits Tallon IV and the core begins to spread its Phazon through the planet, the Space Pirates arrive to do their Space Pirate thing. They discover this Phazon substance, and do what they spend the rest of the game doing: shoving Phazon into anything they can find and seeing what happens. Including the Metroids they brought to Tallon IV to breed. Given the various Pirate Logs and terminal scans providing plenty of examples of their incompetence, along with COPIOUS warnings and punishments for mishandling Metroids, I don't think it'd be a stretch to assume some random Space Pirate happened to lose track of one of the Metroids they were experimenting on. It finds a nice puddle of Phazon somewhere (there's no shortage on the planet anymore, after all), and away from Pirate eyes, it mutates into a Phazon Metroid. This little Metroid wants to consume more Phazon, and as it wanders Tallon IV looking for more, it finds the site of the Impact Crater, and uses its new ability to casually phase right inside, past the Chozo structure built to contain it, and heads into the Leviathan Core to feed on as much Phazon as it can, growing and mutating all the while until it evolves into Metroid Prime, and having consumed so much within the seed, that it effectively becomes the Leviathan's new core. Hence why when Prime dies, the Leviathan dies with it. We also know that the Leviathans use Phazon Corruption to lure a member of the planets' species there to mutate them and turn them into a Guardian for the inner core, so that could have been the Leviathan's intention with this Metroid. But with the Metroid's ability to siphon the life energy of any living being, maybe this backfired on the core, and is what allowed the Metroid to become the Leviathan's new core, and the new source of Phazon. Are there some leaps in logic and holes in this theory? Definitely. But with how vague the game is on the origin of this creature, and the general inconsistencies and retcons regarding its origins, I think that's inevitable with ANY theory.

Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the Pirates the ones who named it Metroid Prime, specifically because of its genetic similarities to what they know as Metroids? In other words, the jellyfish goobers that *we* all know as Metroids? I'm pretty sure that was in the NTSC version. If so, the logic that it's named "Metroid" by the original, Chozo meaning of the word wouldn't hold up; they pretty explicitly called it "the Worm", and never gave it any other title. This theory really only works with the PAL version, where the Pirates were stated to have never entered the crater due to the Chozo's force field, and as such never saw or studied the creature, beyond detecting it existed. But even then, the Pirates state that the life form they detect within the crater is *absorbing* Phazon, which kind of seems like the opposite of what a Leviathan would do, and more in-line with an energy-absorbing jelly brain Metroid. This does still pose the conundrum of Metroids on Tallon IV, and/or the Prime shells on Phaaze, though. My headcanon was simply that creation of the Metroids was a joint effort between several groups of Chozo scientists across several Chozo-inhabited worlds, like an intergalactic think tank, of sorts. The involvement of the Mawkin from ZDR in the SR-388 outbreak kind of supports this theory, a bit. This way, some early form of Metroid life could have existed on Tallon IV when the Leviathan struck, and this "prototype" Metroid was changed by the Phazon into a guardian like Mogenar or Ridley. But, something about the nature of Phazon and Metroids didn't quite mix like the other examples, and Metroid Prime wound up merged with the Leviathan Core, becoming both Leviathan and guardian, in one. Depending on exact timeline placement, this could also potentially make Metroid Prime the first Metroid, before the ones on SR-388 were fully created, adding a whole new layer of meaning to the "Prime" portion of it's name. The Shells on Phaaze, I've admittedly got nothing for, TBH; maybe Dark Samus just put them there for some nostalgic redecorating to set the tone for her and Samus's final battle? With the advent of Prime 4 on the horizon, though, a new possibility emerges. This is largely speculation, and more than kind of a reach, but bare with me: Sylux stole a Metroid at the end of Federation Force. Given that Prime 4 likely takes place after Super Metroid, and assuming Sylux's Metroid is still alive, that would make it currently the only living Metroid in the galaxy, during this game's events, meaning it's probably going to be a pretty central part of the story. Additionally, IIRC, Sakamoto-san once mentioned a concept he had in mind for the game involving time travel, hints to which we can actually gleam from the first Beyond trailer (the blue portal-looking thing behind Samus as she enters the forest area at the end, mainly). So, going on these loose assumptions, there's a possibility that this Metroid in Sylux's possession could travel into the past. From there, it could one day make its way to either Tallon or Phaaze, where it would then *become* Metroid Prime. No idea how that would happen, but... it's a thought, at the very least.

Exactly what I needed for suit research. My favourite is the P.E.D. because it's the only game I've pretty much completed (I just don't tend to play games to completion because story is more a lore thing for me than a game narrative if that makes sense), and I've never wanted a to play a game so bad when I had a copy but couldn't get hold of a Wii for way too long after launch. I love the industrial look, the connection to the federation style (never even noticed that before), and I just really like having hyper mode, I'm into extreme weapons and risk/reward mechanics that lead to cool emergent gameplay. Now I just have to stay alive for around a year to see what's next while I fail to cpmplete Dread, and muck around with VR Prime in the new Quest. Still stuck using a controller in there, but it's the best way to explore the worlds.

I love the idea of a Metroid game post Dread to have the Kriken Empire get uppity and start a conflict with the Galactic Federation and Samus is sent into the conflict.
Here's my take on the whole "Metroid is about isolation and exploration" thing; Metroid Prime is a first person shooter. It always has been, despite Nintendo skirting around it by calling it a "first person adventure" or some such. That being said, emphasizing on the action game play aspects of the FPS genre is something they should absolutely be doing for the Prime series. They don't stand to lose anything. The Metroid Prime series has shown that they can have shüt and Metroidvania exploration at the same time. As for Metroid being an "isolation" game, that is a part of the series identity; but we can have our cake and eat it too. Corruption did a fine job both expanding the universe by showing us there is more going on than just Samus wandering abandoned planets, while also giving us plenty of that core exploration game play. The Prime series has also always had a greater emphasis on world building than the mainline Metroid series has, as each entry giving us greater glimpses into the various species and faction's culture, with Corruption in particular having Samus actually participate in galactic events by working in parallel with the Federation rather than just going it alone the entire time. I think it's fine that the Prime series has Samus being a part of the rest of the universe from time to time. Having her participate in a firefight or two alongside marines isn't the end of the world. The mainline series will probably continue to emphasize isolation, and probably continue the more "horror" themed elements as it follows after Fusion and Dread going forward. TLDR; Metroid Prime and mainline Metroid are two different genres with different strengths and weaknesses, some deviation from perceived "franchise norms" wouldn't hurt the franchise in any way.

I'll put my phazon theory here. Metroid is a story of space parasites destroying those that think they know best. The x parasite, the metroids, and phazon are all examples. For the metroids and x it is easy to see, but phazon harder. Lets start with what I think base phazon is. Phazon is like an element of super energy that can turn other matter into more phazon. Thats why base phazon travels through rock almost like a mold. It just naturally turns things into more phazon like how sound travels. Phazon in a refined energy state becomes a liquid. Then the "dust" balls of phazon coming off pure phazon can be seen as either mold spores or evaporating water. It hardly matters. The original origin is unknown, but I suspect it's base form eventually just took over the entire planet of phaze. It's not "alive" at this point but could be comparable to a supercolony of mold or virus. So what happened to cause it to jump from nonliving matter to biological matter? I think it's the metroids. We see how pure phazon acts like a cancer when introduced to biological matter. It mutates and grows the organisms until death, as shown by the pirate logs. But metroids don't. Metroids are such a perfect energy sucking species that they can survive eating phazon. Now I don't know how metroids got to planet phaze. Possibly from the chozo discovering the planet from skytown which does have metroids. This also lines up with the timeline a little because if phaze could infect other planets a long time ago, it would have, so why now is it just starting. So with metroids being added to the phazon pickle, phazon can now mutate metroids into living biological matter that won't just die. This further spreads through the planet until we see the diverse life of phaze. This also links the nature to spread with biology creating a pseudo hive mind. I say pseudo because it's more like the individual phazon creatures just agree with eachother in spread. None the less, this results in planet phaze turning from a super colony of phaze into a super organism. All organisms want to reproduce so it creates babies, these are leviathans. It then uses leviathans as seed pods to impregnate new planets. It uses the energy of phazon to make worm holes that can hit any random planet. The goal in this is to essentually force whatever planet landed upon to become a new phaze. All life mutated and died or survived, phazon metroids spread, and the planet itself consumed by pure phazon. Essentually reproducing by teraforming. The leviathan seed coalesce down into a metroid prime, basically a super organism running the show. I suspect this is what the ing emperor, and the brain looking things in the leviathan seeds in prime 3. Now let's get into the ing. In metroid prime 1, chozo ghosts are corrupted by phazon. In prime 2, the entire planet is split spiritually into light and dark. I suspect that phazon is such an energetic element it can warp reality, including the spiritual. Similear to the worm holes for leviathans. Difference is, the chozo and luminoth are highly spiritual beings and probabally tried to course correct the problem through spiritual means, leading to it's corruption as well. The ing really do look like phazon entities. But ing also has metroids with them. They must have come on the original leviathan. And the ing empower a spiritually corrupted metroid prime. Now prime 3's crisis. Why did phaze accelerate it's reproduction? I think it's because it got a mind now, it became a super intelligence. So, dark samus is the metroid prime tied into samus suit. That means it should have got all her information right? Such as how the space pirates used a biosuper computer to control metroids? And it just so happens that space pirates are a fractured species with a dagerous curiosity waging war against a galactic federation. And this galactic federation has just recently made similear biosuper computers in the aurora units. If u ask me, dark samus was coalesing power and learning about the space pirates in prime 2. In prime 3, this free thinking combo of metroid, phazon, and samus stole an aurora unit, corrupted it with phazon, then hooked it up to the super organism of phaze. This required the space pirates to build and steal. With new found intelligence, phaze controls dark samus and the spread, increasing reproduction of leviathans and respawn dark samus. Along with hive minding any organism currently under the effects of phaze. While phazon mutations naturally drive organisms insane like a rabid dog, only through the super intelligence could it do mind control. The 3 bounty hunters for example were not mutated but psychically changed

I know that this is an old video but for me, despite it being the newest of the Prime trilogy, it's the one that I feel has aged the worst purely from a design standpoint. Yeah the Prime series as a whole do certainly look like GameCube/Wii games, the world and enemy design of Primes 1 & 2 have aged well enough for me to be able to play them in 2024 perfectly fine. Prime 3 on the other hand has a lot of world and enemy design that constantly make me go "Oh yeah that right, I'm playing an early Wii game."
Why is it called prime then? Is it referring to being the first of its kind? I thought the idea was that it was an enhanced metroid called “prime” because it’s better.

With the recent knowledge from Dread, I’d say the Metroid Prime(s) are likely a modification of Metroids made by the Mawkin Tribe. So they are Metroids- just more like big war machine creatures than just a predator of the X Parasite.
I’ve always considered the Metroid primes to be a subspecies that was native to phase. Like how a bunch of the other species we find in the Metroid series have variations on every planet. So where the regular Metroid metamorphose through omega, the phazon preferred ones transition through prime. And can either become the worm like creatures or the leviathan like creatures, either through phaeton exposure quantities or perhaps a male/female variation. Or just a divergence at a specific point in metamorphosis
I doubt we'll ever know the truth behind what Metroid Prime really was, since the original log entries have been retconned, and the new ones really don't touch on Metroid Prime itself at all. But if we wanted to go with the idea that it WAS a legitimately mutated Metroid, Prime 3 can actually give us a clue as to how it came to be. Namely in their unique mutation: Phazon Metroids. First is their design. We know that they're Tallon Metroids that have been exposed to a LOT of Phazon, so already this is a breed of Metroid that could have originated on Tallon IV. Their physical appearance also appears drastically different than their main Tallon counterpart. Namely, their inner nucleus is far more developed and looks almost like a brain, and their fangs are MUCH longer... almost like they're turning into legs. You could almost view this as the first stage of a Metroid's mutation into a Prime. But more importantly is their unique abilities. Besides enhanced strength and the usual Metroid strappings, they gain one very unique ability: the ability to phase through solid matter for a period of time. This is key. So let's pose this theory: after the Leviathan hits Tallon IV and the core begins to spread its Phazon through the planet, the Space Pirates arrive to do their Space Pirate thing. They discover this Phazon substance, and do what they spend the rest of the game doing: shoving Phazon into anything they can find and seeing what happens. Including the Metroids they brought to Tallon IV to breed. Given the various Pirate Logs and terminal scans providing plenty of examples of their incompetence, along with COPIOUS warnings and punishments for mishandling Metroids, I don't think it'd be a stretch to assume some random Space Pirate happened to lose track of one of the Metroids they were experimenting on. It finds a nice puddle of Phazon somewhere (there's no shortage on the planet anymore, after all), and away from Pirate eyes, it mutates into a Phazon Metroid. This little Metroid wants to consume more Phazon, and as it wanders Tallon IV looking for more, it finds the site of the Impact Crater, and uses its new ability to casually phase right inside, past the Chozo structure built to contain it, and heads into the Leviathan Core to feed on as much Phazon as it can, growing and mutating all the while until it evolves into Metroid Prime, and having consumed so much within the seed, that it effectively becomes the Leviathan's new core. Hence why when Prime dies, the Leviathan dies with it. We also know that the Leviathans use Phazon Corruption to lure a member of the planets' species there to mutate them and turn them into a Guardian for the inner core, so that could have been the Leviathan's intention with this Metroid. But with the Metroid's ability to siphon the life energy of any living being, maybe this backfired on the core, and is what allowed the Metroid to become the Leviathan's new core, and the new source of Phazon. Are there some leaps in logic and holes in this theory? Definitely. But with how vague the game is on the origin of this creature, and the general inconsistencies and retcons regarding its origins, I think that's inevitable with ANY theory.

Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the Pirates the ones who named it Metroid Prime, specifically because of its genetic similarities to what they know as Metroids? In other words, the jellyfish goobers that *we* all know as Metroids? I'm pretty sure that was in the NTSC version. If so, the logic that it's named "Metroid" by the original, Chozo meaning of the word wouldn't hold up; they pretty explicitly called it "the Worm", and never gave it any other title. This theory really only works with the PAL version, where the Pirates were stated to have never entered the crater due to the Chozo's force field, and as such never saw or studied the creature, beyond detecting it existed. But even then, the Pirates state that the life form they detect within the crater is *absorbing* Phazon, which kind of seems like the opposite of what a Leviathan would do, and more in-line with an energy-absorbing jelly brain Metroid. This does still pose the conundrum of Metroids on Tallon IV, and/or the Prime shells on Phaaze, though. My headcanon was simply that creation of the Metroids was a joint effort between several groups of Chozo scientists across several Chozo-inhabited worlds, like an intergalactic think tank, of sorts. The involvement of the Mawkin from ZDR in the SR-388 outbreak kind of supports this theory, a bit. This way, some early form of Metroid life could have existed on Tallon IV when the Leviathan struck, and this "prototype" Metroid was changed by the Phazon into a guardian like Mogenar or Ridley. But, something about the nature of Phazon and Metroids didn't quite mix like the other examples, and Metroid Prime wound up merged with the Leviathan Core, becoming both Leviathan and guardian, in one. Depending on exact timeline placement, this could also potentially make Metroid Prime the first Metroid, before the ones on SR-388 were fully created, adding a whole new layer of meaning to the "Prime" portion of it's name. The Shells on Phaaze, I've admittedly got nothing for, TBH; maybe Dark Samus just put them there for some nostalgic redecorating to set the tone for her and Samus's final battle? With the advent of Prime 4 on the horizon, though, a new possibility emerges. This is largely speculation, and more than kind of a reach, but bare with me: Sylux stole a Metroid at the end of Federation Force. Given that Prime 4 likely takes place after Super Metroid, and assuming Sylux's Metroid is still alive, that would make it currently the only living Metroid in the galaxy, during this game's events, meaning it's probably going to be a pretty central part of the story. Additionally, IIRC, Sakamoto-san once mentioned a concept he had in mind for the game involving time travel, hints to which we can actually gleam from the first Beyond trailer (the blue portal-looking thing behind Samus as she enters the forest area at the end, mainly). So, going on these loose assumptions, there's a possibility that this Metroid in Sylux's possession could travel into the past. From there, it could one day make its way to either Tallon or Phaaze, where it would then *become* Metroid Prime. No idea how that would happen, but... it's a thought, at the very least.

Exactly what I needed for suit research. My favourite is the P.E.D. because it's the only game I've pretty much completed (I just don't tend to play games to completion because story is more a lore thing for me than a game narrative if that makes sense), and I've never wanted a to play a game so bad when I had a copy but couldn't get hold of a Wii for way too long after launch. I love the industrial look, the connection to the federation style (never even noticed that before), and I just really like having hyper mode, I'm into extreme weapons and risk/reward mechanics that lead to cool emergent gameplay. Now I just have to stay alive for around a year to see what's next while I fail to cpmplete Dread, and muck around with VR Prime in the new Quest. Still stuck using a controller in there, but it's the best way to explore the worlds.
