WOW!!! talk about overload. Great that you gave a prespective student a ride and let him handle the controls, but keep it simple. You two overloaded that poor guy by a factor of about 100. Also, don't just give someone the controls and say, turn. They have no idea what to do. Give them a brief, and keep it brief description on how to turn. Then demonstrate, then have the person follow you through. Forget the panel, fly by outside references only. Straight and level at first then introduce turns, that's about it for a first timer. Emphasize pressure changes on the controls, not movement. Again , keep it simple and don't have a back seater barking instructions too. "The airplane has to do more work in a turn" I'll guarantee the poor fellow flying for the first time has no idea what that means. Keep it simple, just tell them you need a little back pressure on the wheel when in a turn, and leave it at that..............they'll learn why later. Remember this is a brand new world to this person.

Just a friendly comment, I noticed on your rollout you didn't call out manifold pressure. I was taught this is important to watch, as one of your engines didn't make full pressure. Could be a symptom of a sticking waste gate. They say mouse milk it frequently to prevent this.

Each month along each trace represents the year-to-date average temperature anomaly.
