Did your rpms drop when you stop? I have this problem when I stop or I acelerate at parking, my rpms start going up down and sometimes shuts down or it keeps going, any idea?

I just bought a single cam with the BFD cam and a 3600 stall and definitely not that fun to drive in the city lots of low rpm surge is that normal for this cam ?

I dunno. Some dumb ass crack head ended up with it. Had ignition issues. Claimed it was a built bottom end when he was selling it. I called him out on it. It was definitely a stock bottom end. I have no clue where it is now. It’s been a year since I’ve seen it.

do you do remote tuning? I've been looking at a cam for my LT1 car, I already have a tuning cable. My car is a bit out of the ordinary (95 fleetwood), looking at a 221/230 cam with 1.6 rockers, ported stock heads. I'm not opposed to tuning it myself but have been following for a while and I think your experience with the platform would be beneficial.

Just set it up like I have it. Don’t lift while shifting. It cuts spark Adds a tiny bit of fuel When spark comes back on, it’ll ignite the residual fuel in the exhaust and pop.

Can the LT1 pcm be programmed to energize an output at WOT? Like maybe the EGR or AIR signal wire could be set up to turn on at >95% tps? I need to wire up a kickdown switch for my th400.

Nothing tps. Just map and rpm. I’d suggest a wot switch from a nitrous kit.

For some reason the 96/97 PCM’s are better with big stalled cars. Many of the 95 and older PCM’s had what’s known as “stall wall”.

It’s not better. You uncheck error 24 in the tune on the obd1 pcm. Problem solved.

Probably 30hp tops. I don’t know who ported the heads. I got them from a customer. I never put it back on the dyno and never brought it back to the track after the head install. BUT it did pull way better in the upper rpm range.
