What is the thickest leather you can sew with this?
What do I seal the foil stamp on learher with to inhibit wearing off? Both Resolene and Saddle Lac dull the metallic effect, make it a spotchy and change the foil color slightly. Booo

I refinished a saddle one time using 100% pure Needsfoot oil and topped off with Tan Kote. It came out beautiful.

I'm a leather worker for about 15 years, do a lot of custom knife sheaths and small ammo holders I'm air rifle oriented so I've done quite a few cheek guards also
