  Just spray it on and let it sit until the excess disappears. But cover your floors before because it can get slippery!

  Sure, you take one neck from one balloon cluster and one neck from another balloon cluster and tie them together so that the two separate clusters become connected.

  Do you have a link to your LED lights with batteries? I can't find any information about the size of the bobo balloon = to the size of the light, how LONG of a light you need? So, if you have a 20" bobo, how long of a light do you need so it goes to the floor and floats (using the battery pack as the weight). Cant find a video on this anywhere....
