Thank you! You have to find an image, svg file is best, then have it printed out as a poster from a printing ship (or at home if you can). Or. you can find a poster for sale from Etsy then just put it on foam.

I actually used construction glue to adhere them to a piece of plywood. I hope that helps!

What base are you using for the black panel wall?
That gasoline smell is common. I know Balloons By Lee mentioned the same thing as well.
