I created this silver semi monochromatic balloon garland and 3D panel balloon backdrop wall for small NYE celebration. This setup can be used as focal point decor for an event or as the backdrop for VIP seating at a party. The balloon garland was pretty simple, but took longer because I was so busy with the holidays and traveling.
