Great mansion but just no water to shower, drink and flush toilets😢 My analysis was always correct, Calgary is not a sustainable city to live in. It is broke....

Its not better... ill say that. I live in calgary.. if you cannot afford to buy a home... there is no point moving here lol. The rent is through the roof.
You kind of oversold this city and for someone who is not familiar with it would create a false picture. The city is not a great one as you trying hard to picture it, but surely going slowly to a shity place after jt killed the energy sector. Something is really going bad in a large city like Calgary where thousands of people cannot find work, especially if you are a professional (even PhD) in oil and gas industry. Let's assume you have already few millions dollars in your account, Calgary is nothing like an European city where there is 24/7 entertainment going on. Comparing with that, Calgary is dead, not much to do here. I can tell for sure that if you have the money and move to Calgary you either are stupid or want to get sick every winter. Calgary is NOT a city to retire in, you will get cold and sick of it for sure. So, Calgary is a no-no city.

Yeah but not everyone is Lawyer or businesses owner . Can you tell us how affordable life would be for example for a taxi driver and Hotel cleaner ?
The reality is unfortunate. Most people will be living pretty lean if they’re making less than $60k a year in any of Canada’s major cities. Housing, food, etc. is having an impact. Shared housing, roommates, or a spouse/partner so you have a dual income can definitely make it work. People who can sacrifice for a few years while they save some money and improve their income, can come ahead. Right now though many are sacrificing to get by. Calgary is still far more affordable than other cities but I’d recommend moving here only if you have a job lined up first.

Leave Alberta, it's a horror story. Take Back Alberta and the UCP have destroyed this province. Don't trust this POS real estate agent. If you don't live in Alberta, don't move here. If you already do, get out while you can. You can't trust the opinion of someone who has a potential financial gain if he spins his lies the right way. 3 of the 5 most violent cities in Canada are in Alberta. I get to leave soon. I won't look back.

With all due respect and sincerity the only winners that walk away from all of this unscathed be it higher or lower housing costs boom or bust are the realtors and bankers they execute the buy and the sell and can walk away with the ‘not my problem’ card in their pocket. Make sure to do your research and not put yourself into a compromised situation cause in the end you’ll be accountable realtors and bankers make their money and walk away, they are just doing their job. Make sure it’s not a sales pressure decision and it’s a decision you can live with afford and prosper.

I shot my own videos for 4-5 years! We shoot me on a F1.8 24mm Gmaster Sony Prime lens

F1.8 for landscape real estate videography but I am really impressed from your hosting style and a very professional videos. the Sony ZVE-10 is a crop sensor camera I am confused which lens is suitable for house tour hosting like you with blurry effect in my country the Sigma 16mm F1.4 is in my budget but also I am not sure about the blurry background, if you know about this camera please suggest.
