I've been diligently working, saving, and investing toward financial independence and early retirement, but the economy since the pandemic has eaten up the majority of my $3 million portfolio. I want to know: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets, or do I look into alternative sectors?

Just try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your investment is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses.

I stopped listening and taking financial advise from these KZreadrs, because at the end of the day, I end up with a bunch of confusing stocks without knowing when to take profit, In reality, all I needed was professional advice.

I’m a contractor, and my job doesn’t permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I’ve had a fiduciary " Jenny Pamogas Canaya " actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that’s how I’ve been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell…maybe you should do the same.

In this market, this house is well worth the price. Generally I see that houses priced over $1M are worth the price. But the houses that are priced lower than $1M are honestly not worth the asking price. I guess that is because those houses have much higher demand due to lack of supply.

Well it won’t take long to mow. 😜 Seriously though, for some people - it’s perfect, for others, not so much. One thing is for sure - if you like outdoor activities, Lakeview is perfect for getting out and exploring

beautiful on the inside but man is the exterior ugly. How many more of these boxes are we going to build. especially after taring down a beautiful old house... The exterior looks like they gave up half way and just left it.

YOU ARE CORRECT! Real Estate industry here are pushing infill properties at high cost for half a lot. But yet full lot high end homes are pushed to sell far less in price. Half lots Property Taxes are same as the full lot with far less yard
