I bought while in Toronto at a store called State and Liberty. I love their clothing, and they have a great online store!

For bathrooms 2 or 1 and a half. Oh, throw in at least one parking space. Something moderns downtown or near downtown. Oh, with central A/C. There, I think I'm done. :)

according to My Calgary statistics, Bankview is the safest community in that area after nearby communities of Lower Mount Royal and Richmond-Knob Hill. It's ranked 45th on the list of Crime Per Capita Summary in Calgary
